Not to mention:
What happened to the fact that these restrictions will only be on when you register? You want to use a proxy in school to post on MLK? That's fine. You simply won't be able to create a new account there.

*facepalm*
You know what? I'm not even gonna respond to that. You aren't a moderator anymore and you don't plan on making any more accounts (so this shouldn't affect you). I'm done trying to convince you.

You people explode at every minor troll attack and insist on adding further red tape to the forum and making us look bad. Good job on making the trolls win by feeding them the negative reaction they were looking for!
Why do you continue to insist on me being a duplicate account? until you come up with ANY proof that I am a dup, kindly f**k off. I am so sick of not being taken seriously here because I actually have an opinion. I am only trying to make this forum better for everyone. Also accusing me of being an imposter/troll/duplicate won't help you become a mod quicker
Congratulations, you have just revealed yourself.
You being here for just 3 weeks, having 30 posts and knowing my desire to become a mod is enough evidence. There is only a select group of people who know that. You don't know me so either you're a psychic or you are in fact someone who knows me but is hiding his or her identity.
And seriously, you have bananas in your avatar, who would take that seriously anyway?

WildSimba wrote:Some internet providers use proxy's as their addresses (such as AOL), so some people automatically have proxies.
People use proxies to to browse at places like school, and whether you find it wrong or not, someone people actually do have some free time at school and like to browse, and post.
Dynamic IP's do come up at Proxies sometimes (which yes, it can usually be recognized as a dynamic IP, but that's not always the case, and a good lot of members here have a dynamic IP for security reasons).
And, people hide for different reasons, just because they're using a proxy doesn't mean that they are a duplicate account, or a troll or spammer.
Some trolls don't even use proxies, I've seen them do it from their normal IP's as well. So with your logic we should just ban everyone, just because there was an attack.

I'm saying it shouldn't be a requirement, because it proves nothing in the first place.
