"North Korea's healthcare system has been in a steep decline since the 1990s due to natural disasters, economic problems, and food and energy shortages. Many hospitals and clinics in North Korea now lack essential medicines, equipment, running water and electricity.[194]
Almost 100% of the population has access to water and sanitation, but it is not completely potable. Infectious diseases, such as tuberculosis, malaria, and hepatitis B, are considered to be endemic to the country.[195] Life expectancy in North Korea is 63.8 years, occupying the 170th place in the world, according to 2009 estimates."

"Multiple international human rights organizations, including Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, accuse North Korea of having one of the worst human rights records of any nation.[196] North Koreans have been referred to as "some of the world's most brutalized people" by Human Rights Watch, due to the severe restrictions placed on their political and economic freedoms.[197]"

Of course amnesty got involved, because of what he did to protesters. I can't argue with the fact the healtcare has declined but at least they have health care. It's far better to live there then somewhere in africa

I think the chance would be very slim that you would have been a christian or do you mean moving there?
