Im the midst of all the drama of the Pridelands and Outlands, there are others who don't fit in. They weren't rouges, or from the royal family. They just don't fit in. Today we go back to two different lions. And Outlander trying to fit into the Pridelands, and an Outlander trying to show what he does best. Together, they conquer over all odds, even making it to the next step.
A soft thump on Tivana's nose woke her up. She groaned, ignoring the tugs on her ears as she turned over, barely squishing the little lion cub under her. Tuva growled, his ears back and tail flipping madly as he tried to wake his half sister up.
"Come on Tivana. I want to head out!" He growled, jumping on her side and jumping up and down. Tivana smiled in her sleep, her eyes cracked as she felt her body bouncing to his paws. She grroaned, turning over on her back and feeling Tuva jump on her belly.
"Come on Tivana!" He growled. Tivana laughed and opened her eyes. She grabbed him in her front paws and began to lick his head. Tuva squirmed out, looking at her. Tivana laughed, before getting up and yawning.
"I want to go to the watering hole!" He complained.
"Alright alright. I'm headed out, come on little one." She said, stretching her back paws. She looked around the dimly lit cave. All the lionesses were sleeping away from the rock she was on. No one wanted to be around her. Even Simba, Nala, and Kiara slept away from her. Tivana rolled her eyes, before following her half brother out.
Tuva jumped around as Tivana followed him to the watering hole. She remembered when she was that young. Always full of energy where she lived. But then her father died by a stampede, and her mother took her to the Pridelands, knowing she would be there. But no one wanted her. She was just a young cub, nothing could've happen.
But she was raised that way. She wasn't part of the pridelander blood. SHe didn't even look it. She had all the traits of an outlander. Dark fur, black tail, different nose. She hated that she didn't belong, but at least her brother did. He was brought as a baby when she was a cub. He was her half brother, and Tivana raised him.
Tuva began to pounce on a frog, and Tivana took a sip from the water. She looked at her reflection. The water was muggy, so she couldn't only see half of herself. When would she be one?
