Vah slowly pulled away from Kiara and stood up, shaking his head in disagreement to Kiara. He turned from her and walked a couple of metres away. She shouldn't be feeling sorry for him, in fact, she should be telling Vah how stupid he was to leave his family. That's how he felt at the moment: an idiot, a fool, a coward...If Vah had stayed with His family, maybe everything would've been fine. He could still be living with his family, not needing to worry about everything he needed to now that he was a rogue. When he left, it probably left the whole pride in disarray. Him leaving was the straw that broke the camel's back, so to say.
Vah hung his head, ashamed of the fact that he deserted his pride. He was the heir to their throne, yet he left them with no second thoughts. "Kiara, don't be sorry. It's my fault that my pride probably no longer exists now. For all I know, my parents could be dead. Dead because of me. Because I left them." Vah stated bluntly, knowing that he was probably right in saying that the pride had split because of him leaving. He was afraid to turn and look at Kiara because he feared that she would be disgusted by the fact that Vah had no remorse for leaving his family.
He slowly walked up to the side of the den and unsheathed his claws. He began dragging them slowly up the wall diagonally for a few seconds before forcefully and suddenly dragging them the rest of the way up very quickly. "Why?! Why the hell did I think leaving was the best option! Vah shouted out; he couldn't hold his anger in any longer. That anger was only aimed at himself. Again, Vah slashed the wall with his claws, engraving the stone as he did so. He slashed at the stone once more, this time letting out all of his anger. Vah's heart rate had increased and his breathing was a lot faster than it previously was.
He stopped and just stood there for a while, still facing away from Kiara. He managed to calm himself down but now tears started forming and they slowly made their way down his cheeks. The tears stung when they hit Vah's wound, but he hardly noticed; physical pain wasn't something he cared about now. "Kiara...I-I'm a coward. I should never have left my pride..." Vah tried not to show that he was, in fact, crying, but he didn't really care if Kiara found out.

Vitani watched her best friend gradually make her way around Antelope and end up behind it, almost directly opposite to where Vitani was positioned. She looked down to the ground and took a couple of deep breaths to calm herself down. She wouldn't mess this hunt up. She couldn't mess it up. That was, unless they wanted to go hungry. That wasn't really something Vitani was keen on right now, but yeah...She looked back up to the Antelope and decided to make her move.
She started walking towards the Antelope, planning on gradually building up the pace before she-CRACK. Vitani looked down at the ground noticed she had carelessly stepped on a large stick. Horrified, she quickly turned her attention to the Antelope. To her dismay, the animal had its ears perked up and looked as if it was about to run. Wasting no time at all, Vitani sprinted towards the Antelope. As soon as it saw the lioness, the animal bolted in a random direction. Unfortunately, that direction was absolutely not where Vitani wanted it to go. "Fadhili!" she called out, wanting her friend to start following her. She then swiftly turned her attention to the fleeing Antelope again and tried as hard as she could to catch up with it.
