I guess I misinterpreted that, and I want to apologize if it seemed like I was jumping on you or attacking you at all.
But really, my sentiment is still the same. It's a hug. It's a friendly thing. If you're not comfortable with him hugging someone, how will you honestly ever be comfortable with him? Things like this are a relationship killer. Boys will have non-romantic relationships with girls. I have hung out with, hugged, and even spent the night with girls who are not and will never be anything but my friends. How would you feel if he got angry every time you hugged a boy or hung out with boys? Not so good, I would assume. Part of a relationship (and i realize this isn't a relationship but it's a potential one) is trusting one another, and if you can't trust your partner to be able to hug another girl and not be attracted to them, then you're in trouble.

Okay... Let me try this again. I can interpret the different kinds of hugs. The friendly hug. And... the other one. The friendly hug: One arm and doesn't last for more than 3 seconds. The... other one: Both arms and lasts for more than 3 seconds. It was the... other one.

Woahhh, I always thought Gabe WAS your boyfriend 0.o either way, you don't really need to go bonkers about him hugging another girl: As Azdgari said, it's just a nice sign of showing friendship. Me and my friend Azure hug all the time, and although she is a bi, it wouldn't mean that we love each other in that way ^^ why not ask the guy out anyway?
