And this is why money in politics like this is a recipe for corruption. :/ What a shame the real man of the people lost his shot at doing good for his country because another candidate had the bigger budget.

And don't even get me started on the two-party system. How is that in any sense democratic? I've heard of MANY people who claim that the parties don't represent them at ALL and they simply vote for what they think is the lesser evil. How is this in any way right? :/

Really, my vote is wasted regardless of who I cast it for. I won't get any preferred candidate.

I'm just so... disappointed. The only politicians that were running for candidates that had any hope of changing the political status quo were Bernie and Trump, and naturally Hillary overshadowed Bernie. Don't get me wrong, I don't think Bernie would be God's given gift to America but if he was being honest about what he wanted to change it would have been a step forward. (Provided congress didn't hold him back, ugh.)

Trump is likely to change the status quo... and take a step backwards. Not good.

If the Green Party gets at least 2.5% of the vote, then they get federal funding and are allowed to participate in debates in the following election cycle. Of course there's no way Jill Stein would win, but at this point it's not about winning. It's about bringing down the two-party system.

Please do condone this, there needs to be more voices in politics. If you don't agree with either parties vote for lesser parties, vote for anyone else. Anyone, doesn't matter. Don't support the current system, it's shameful. :/

^ 9 bedrooms? :O Wow....

Welp, they've declined and come up with the most pathetic excuse ever xD 'We're going to a wedding the weekend before yours.... in Norfolk.... So we unfortunately won't be attending yours' This makes sense how?! They will be back on Sunday which gives them three days before mine xD Eh, whatever. That's two less people to cater for. It's bothering me a little, but not as much as they probably hoped it would. Atleast they cancelled now and not on the day I guess. Hmm.... maybe i'll invite my old manager and her partner? :curious:

Today has just been so draining. May just put on some music and spend the day making notes and playing Pokémon.

^Yeah. I should be fine, so long as the interviewers don't ask extremely complicated questions and I treat the kids that I interact with the same way I would with the kids I babysit. If I just remember those things, I think I'll be fine. :confident:
