I requested it to be locked because the joke ran its course within the first few pages and now it was just a chatroom that only a few members used, we have an actual chat thread and a chatroom so that thread was literally doing nothing except causing problems at this point. So yeah be mad at me for it if you really want to but Carl only locked it because I asked him to (well I asked any random mod to do it and he was the first to respond I guess)

I thinking that mods on GTAV is the only way to play this game! I am flying the FBI building around and it's the best thing. Of all things.

This is the same thing that happened on redit. Some topic creator comes on and decides they don't like where something has gone so instead of ignoring it and letting other people have their fun they decide lets just lock it down. And instead of the mods taking the side of it being a community thread they'd rather still give the power to lock said thread to one sole member simply because "their" joke ended.

Right now, I don't really care about the topic, I just "need" to state my opinion on this little detail of your post. Personally, I don't think the fact that only a few members posted on LTPW should be used as a justification, because, just like any other thread, every member was free to post there and actually "play the game". If one didn't post, it was because one chose not to. Also, although the amount of users that were active on that thread was quite small, it didn't mean that the thread wasn't active - much the contrary. But, yes, as everyone knows, it had its complications.

I'm not trying "bring back the thread", although I did like it, as I'm not a fan of chatrooms, I simply wanted to give my opinion on that. Like it has been said, we should move on.
