Sorry for the double post.

So Dad gives me a bag to take down to the cellar...forgetting that I've been told not to carry heavy items. The bag had four large bottles in and I struggled to carry it and strained my back on my left side from my shoulder to my hip. I felt like crying the pain was so much. And when I went to sit down my Mum asked me what was wrong but when I told her she told me to Man Up. I'm livid! I'm in so much pain that I had to take my pain killers which I hate taking as they make me really tired and I've been told to take them only when the pain is really bad. Yeh I'm seeing MSK and I've been given these tablets for a reason Mum . If my back is this painful while I'm away I'll be so upset .

About the fact uneducated people are allowed to write articles in Small animal magazines regarding rats. I am pretty clued up on rats myself, but I am no expert.. Yet I pulled out three key things in this article which could seriously effect a rats health. Can be kept on woodshavings? Er.. No.. Not when they are prone to respiratory problems... They can have cucumber? NO. And a suitable cage for a pair of rats is one 80cmX40cmX40cm... WHAT? I really am considering writing a complaint to whoever wrote this article... Ugh.
