Help!

Please can someone help me? When ever I try to ipload a peice of work, the website won't let me and I'm pretty sure that everything agrees with the rules. And for the pictures of my characters, they won't appear. It said that everything downloaded 'successfully' when it didn't. Please help.
I'm clueless....

the drawing has to be 100% yours, and must be PNG, GIF or JPEG! hope I have helped!
