Just had to say goodbye to Onion. And was also informed earlier that my boy Lex passed away this afternoon. Two rats in one day, not cool =( Atleast Squiggles is on the mend after her injection.

Oh man that sucks, majorly. We lost two cats on one day several years ago, so I can imagine how you must feel.

And, additionally, a thought that occurred to me as I typed that on account of the auto correct on my phone: why does my phone think that if I type the word 'my' that the next word should be 'girlfriend,' 'wife, ' or 'husband'?

Yikes, that sucks. Were they all siblings? How old were they?

I never had 2 pets die on me in a day, unless you count the time one of my mouse mamas cannibalized all but 2 of her litter. I still have no idea what happened there.

Auto correct is funny, the last time my mother made a vat of soup & texted me about it it insisted on filling in "chicken souls" instead. I'm like....but doesn't it LACK BODY?.... 8D

CGW - Lex was about two and a half, but he was a rescue so he had issues. Onion, another rescue was 3 and had a tumor so we had her euthanized before it got too bad for her.

*nods* I wish euthanasia was an option for the mice when I had them all, it was very sad when one would waste away for days with a huge tumor hanging off of them. I was a teenager without my own income at the time though and never thought of it. :-/ It really is the much more humane option.

LOL that's great. I've had it putting in some weird things before too, these are just the most common. It's really funny as only one of the words it frequently wants to fill in after 'my' is even applicable to me, and usually if I'm using my phone, I'm talking to the person it refers to.
