yes! But unfortunately he was attacked by a wild dog a week ago, but he's recovering and the whole town has set up a fund for him. Seriously I wish my mayor was a cat.-

Omg I've heard of him too, and you know, it could come on handy that you have a mayor who won't raise taxes or steal the money, and youpay him with cat food!, lol I wish that cat was my president pl0x
