Sable looks at the floor. Joshua is talking to Lauren about why they are here. The whole room is nervous. The head of the school walks in.

"I believe there is an issue we need to discuss, please sit down..." She almost hisses.

They all sit in silence. The only sound is the squeaking of the chairlegs on the wooden floor. Sable still has his head down eventhough his mother keeps nudging him to sit up.

Vivice slammed her head into the desk,with an unapproved glance with her unnaturally concerned mother.

"We are are today because of a recent crime here at this school,"she continued.

CRIME!What the f**ck!Vivica mouthed at Lauren,who stood there gaping.

Her mother stood up uncomfortably in front of many people and started talking,"I wouldn't consider it a crime,but of a wrongdoing.They are too young,and their main goal right now is their studies."

Vivica stood up and grabbed her bag,"What the hell is this,a talk or some sort of presidential meeting about a daughter getting a boyfriend!I am not too young,I am practically an adult now,and I am sick and tired of you controlling my life!"

Silence spread,and Lauren spoke up,"Mrs.Elemor,Vivica didn't do anything,I in fact think that you are more upset that Vivica snuck out,and missed your Crochet Club meeting that night,or else you would also have been criticizing your youngest child,Liam of kissing another girl...in front of your house.

Chuckles were heard in different spots of the room,and the echo spread silently.

"Liam did what.."Mrs.Elemor concluded,and all eyes were finally on Sable,Joshua looked at everyone and clutched his mouth.

Even Sable seems to raise an eyebrow at the wording. Was it a 'crime' to be in love here? He straightens up and stares coldly at the head. She returns the gesture.

"As far as I'm concerned, we have done nothing wrong. I hope that you, as the so called 'adults' in this situation will believe us, as we know, you must have done similar things in the past or we would not be alive and here today. Now, if you will excuse me I am leaving this pitiful excuse of a meeting to attend to more important matters... Vivica, you can come if you want, but I am leaving anyway..." He says. He picks up his back-pack and exits the scene wondering if Vivica would actually come...

Vivica grunts,picks up her bacg,and exits without a word.

"Yeah,anyways,I was wondering if I could stay in your house today...mom"Vivica asks shyly.

(mom? what?)

Sable nods. "oh...Yeah..." He says, he smiles weakly. He fishes his keys out of his pocket and turns to her.

"Are you comin'?" He grins and opens up the car.

"Thanks,"she replied as she smiled sweetly and stepped into his car.

"I'm so sorry,my mom has this issue of overreacting,"Vivica said as she buried tears under her leaping thought.

"I am so sorry,you know... If this whole thing made it awkward for us.

Sable shook his head and smiled.He let his smooth hand touch the edge of Vivica's chin and leaped closer.She grabbed her hands over his shoulder and edged closer,touching his smooth cheek as they kissed.
