Chapter 6

Sonic: Is everyone okay?
Tails: What did those hyenas want!?
Simba: This isn’t the first time we’ve gone up against hyenas. Years ago our uncle controlled Priderock with and army of hyenas. We got rid of them a long time ago.
Sonic: So why did they come back?
Kovu: Maybe to take back Priderock?
Simba walks over to the matriarch's body.
Simba: Maybe, but I don’t remember this particular hyena, or her daughter.
Adofo: Yeah, the only ones I really remember were those three idiots. But what did she mean “can't decide which family to stay with.” they don’t know-……..oh no!
Kopa: What?!
Adofo: Christen and Sampson! They’re going after them!
Simba: Wait Adofo you don’t know that! I'm sure they're just fine.
Adofo: It was in her voice! Either they have them or they are going after them! I’ve got to get to them, NOW!!!
Chantel: Well we could take you there in a second if we knew where Knuckles and Kelsey are with our chaos emerald.

CHAPTER SEVEN !

“Okay, fine, you can have it.”
Kelsey Chaos Controlled behind Chantel, making her screech in surprise, and tossed the purple Emerald. Sonic dove in time to catch it, then looked to Adofo, but then Kelsey used her powers to disappear.
“She didn't need it anyway.” Lacey growled.
“Are you ready?” Sonic asked Adofo.
“Yes!” Adofo exclaimed.
Adofo reached for the Emerald, and Sonic still held on to it. The blue hedgehog closed his eyes.
“Chaos Control.”

In the Northern City...

Purple sparks danced around. Sonic and Adofo appeared. Sonic flicked his ears.
“I'm used to Central City. I've never been in the Northern City before.”
He looked up, and Angel Island was visible.
“Where's Christen?” Adofo asked, glancing around.
“Well you can't find her standing there. Get your butt moving!”
He took off in a blue blur, and Adofo chased after him. “Wait up!”
“You'll see!”
“If you slow down!”
“N'aww!”

Chapter 8

Sonic: So what building is it?
Adofo sees his parents company’s rebuilt tower off in the distance.
Adofo: That really tall one, if she’s there she’ll be on the top floor!
Sonic gets a tight grip on Adofo.
Adofo: What are you-
Sonic: HANG ON!
Adofo grabs onto Sonic and holds tight. Sonic then takes off as fast as he can, into the building up the stairs and into the main office. Adofo immediately notices Christen isn’t sitting at her desk.
Adofo: She’s not here! NICK!
Adofo runs into his cousin’s office.
Nick: Whoa Adofo! What are you doing here?
Adofo: Where’s Christen!?!
Nick: I sent her home early, she left a little while ago.
Again Adofo grabs onto Sonic and the two speed off. They make it out of the building and head for Christen’s house. They get there and Adofo runs to bang on the door.
Adofo: CHRISTEN!!! CHRISTEN!!!!!!
Behind the door he can hear his wife and son yelling for him.
Christen: ADOFO HELP!!!
Sampson: DAD!!!!
Adofo kicks the door in and sees a group of robots taking his wife and son.
Adofo: GET AWAY FROM THEM!
Adofo charges at them but before he can get far they bust through the roof and fly off with his family.
Adofo: NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!
Christen: ADOFOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!
Adofo: NO!!!!! BRING THEM BACK!!!!!!!! NOOO!!!!!!!!!!
Adofo falls to his knees and pounds on the floor in anger.
Sonic: Hey…..I’m really sorry about your family.
Adofo jumps up, grabs Sonic by the throat and slams him into the nearest wall.
Adofo: LISTEN! I don’t know much about you and your little freak show you’ve got but the one thing I do know is none of this started happening since you guys came along! Now tell me WHO JUST TOOK MY FAMILY!!!???!!

CHAPTER NINE !

Smirking, Sonic kicked Adofo's stomach. After fighting around for three minutes, they Chaos Controlled back to Priderock and went in the cave. Kelsey was in her wolf form, carrying Rafiki on her back, Knuckles was in his wolf form, too, and was standing next to Sarafina. There were five other groups of two including Sonic and Adofo.
“What's going on?” Sonic asked.
We're going to ambush them. We're going in five teams of two. Kelsey sent to his mind. You and the human are a team by default.
“Oh great.” Adofo moaned, because he got the message too.

Chapter 10

Simba: So what happened, are they safe?
Sonic: I’m afraid Eggman’s robots got to them first.
Adofo just stands with a look on his face with self-disappointment.
Simba: It’s okay, we’re gonna get them back!
Knuckles: Hmmf If I had gone instead they wouldn’t need to be rescued.
Adofo: HEY! If you have something to say to me say it to my face!
Knuckles: Alright! You’re horrible at fighting! Satisfied!?
Adofo: OH REALLY!?!? You against me RIGHT NOW!
Knuckles: Thought you’d never ask!
Kelsey: ALRIGHT STOP THIS!!!!! RIGHT NOW!!!!! Here’s the deal you two are going to learn how to get along so now YOU TWO are a team!!
Adofo/Knuckles: WHAT!?!?!!!
Knuckles: I AM NOT WORKING WITH HIM!!!!
Adofo: THAT MAKES TWO OF US!!!!
Kelsey: QUIET!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU TWO ARE GOING TO BE ATEAM< WATCH EACH OTHERS BACKS AND DO YOUR PART OR I WILL TEAR YOU BOTH LIMB FROM LIMB!!!!!!!! UNDERSTAND!!!!!!!
Adofo and Knuckles are terrified of the intensity on Kelsey’s face.
Knuckles: ….ye-yes dear…….
Adofo: …..yes ma’am…..

CHAPTER ELEVEN !

“That's my Knuxtieboy.” Kelsey woofed, licking Knuckle's cheek, making him chuckle. Then she transformed back to her echidna form.
“Okay! We're going to demonstrate how we fight. Everyone step up next to their teammate. Knux, Adofo, you guys are going to be the robots. No powers no weapons no nothin'. Kiara and Lacey, you guys are going to be us. You can use your powers and weapons. Knux, get out of your wolf form before I tie you to a tree by your tail.”
Knux sighed irritably and shifted.

The fighting was quick, but it was violent. Simba covered his eyes because it was too fast to watch. Finally, the four broke up. Knu didn't seem affected by the loss, but Adofo's legs gave in, and he was panting.
“Whoo!” Kiara exclaimed. “That felt good!”
“Isn't it kind of embarrassing?” Kopa called. “Getting beaten up by a girl...”

Chapter 12

Kelsey: Alright, I think we’re ready! Kux and Adofo, you two go in through the front, and once you’re far enough in, do whatever you wish to the bots you find.
Knuckles: You think you can handle that?!
Adofo: Not a problem!
Kelsey: Kiara, Lacey you two are going around to the very back and start a huge fight at the rear, you’ll be luring a lot of bots out to you so be ready! Sonic, Sarafina you two will enter in from the bay where the flying robots come in near the top of the building. You think you can carry her that high Sonic?
Sonic: I think I can manage.
Kelsey: Tails you’ll take Kopa up to the roof with you and you’ll work your way down. As for the rest of you you’ll be surrounding the building as soon as we start making some noise! Also everyone wear these headsets, we can talk to each other and if someone needs help go to them, we don’t to be rescuing ten more people! Smash anything that looks important and get the humans family out safe! Everyone ready!?? LET’S MOVE!!!
Everyone gets into their positions around the facility and Knuckles and Adofo prepare to walk inside while wearing the shells of a few robots.
Adofo: Ugh these things are cramped!
Knuckles: Stop talking! Robots don’t talk!
The two easily slip into the facility.
Kelsey: Okay they’re in! Kiara, Lacey get ready to move in!
Lacey: Got it! Okay we’ll go in 3……2……1!
Kiara and Lacey sprints towards the back door and they start to tear apart any and all robots that come their way and then the alarm goes off.
Kelsey: Alright everyone go!!!!
Tails and Kopa fly up to the roof and Sonic takes Sarafina up to the robot landing bay and Kelsey and Rafiki rush down to the gates of the building followed by everyone else.
Kelsey: Okay we need to hold here we can’t let any more of those things get in or they will be swamped! Hey are you sure your family will be alright?!
Simba: Yeah, they can handle themselves!
Kelsey: What about your brother!? Can he do something like this!?
Simba: Trust me, Adofo is the last person you need to worry about, you should be more worried for those robots!

CHAPTER THIRTEEN !

“STOP TALKING START MOVING.” Kelsey howled, making Simba jump in surprise before trotting off with Chantel.
“D**n cat.” The black wolfess growled before getting Rafiki on her back and sprinting towards Christen, who was tied up.
“Uhh...who are you?” Christen said, patting Rafiki as Kelsey gnawed on the ropes.
“It no matter!” Rafiki exclaimed. “We save!”
“Grammar, Rafiki.” Kelsey growled. “Could you help me?”
“No.”
“Please?”
“No. Rafiki no feel like it.”
“Lazy a**.”

The ropes tore off, then Kelsey shifted to her normal form, then all three ran for the entrance.

Chapter 14

Kelsey finally chewed through the ropes.
Kelsey: Okay let’s get you out of here!
Christen stand up but is really tired and weak.
Christen: I…..I don’t think….I can run.
Kelsey: Ugh okay hop on!
Christen and Rafiki jump onto Kelsey’s back and she takes off past the border team fighting off waves of bots trying to get in towards their designated safe zone.
Kelsey: Okay you’ll be safe here!
Christen: Wait where’s Sampson!?!
Kelsey: WHO!??
Rafiki: Her son!
Christen: SAMPSON! He’s still in there!!!!
Kelsey: Okay we’ll go get him back. All teams, we got Christen out but the kid, Sampson is still in there somewhere!
Adofo: SAMPSON! I’M COMING!!!!
Adofo breaks out of his disguise and rushes from hallway to hallway to find his son.
Knuckles: This guy is gonna get us all killed!
Simba: SAMPSON’S STILL IN THERE!?! I’M GOING IN!!!!!
Simba runs inside the facility.
Kelsey: WHAT!??! NO!!!! STAY WHERE YOU ARE, I’LL GO IN!!
Simba: I’m not leaving my nephew in there!
Kelsey: NO WAIT!!!!! HEY!!!!!!!! Stupid lions!!!
Simba runs up the first few floors and into the holding cells, a few robots are still standing guard around the cells and start to attack him.
Adofo: SAMPSON!!!!! WHERE ARE YOU!!!!???
Adofo is just blowing through waves of bots with no effort at all trying to find Sampson.
After Simba has dealt with all the robots on the detention level he hears a voice screaming for help off in the distance. Simba runs as fast as he can towards the sound and comes to a force field enclosed holding cell with his nephew in it.
Sampson: UNCLE SIMBA!!!
Simba: Don’t worry buddy, I’ll get you out!
Simba looks around and sees the control panel next to the door and he just bites and rips the pipe with the wiring in it off the wall and the shield drops.
As soon as the shield is gone Sampson immediately runs to Simba and gives him a hug.
Sampson: UNCLE SIMBA!
Simba: It’s okay, I’m gonna get you out of here. Everyone I found him!
The headset is only giving off static.
Simba: Hello!?? Can anyone hear me??!!
Still nothing.
Simba: Okay, just hop on my back and hold on!
Sampson jumps on Simba’s back and grabs hold of his mane as tight as he can and Simba sprints off down the hallway to get back to the front door. A few floors down Simba runs into a hallway packed with robots, way too many to fight, he tries to turn around but they have already gotten behind them, blocking the only other way out.
Sampson: Uncle Simba……
Simba: Just stay calm Sam, it’s gonna be okay.
The robots start stacking on top of each other until they have made two complete walls, then they start to close in on them.
Simba: Okay….okay, stay calm, it’s going to be okay.
The robots get out their weapons and are very close to Simba and Sampson.
Simba: ADOFO!!!!!
Adofo suddenly jumps through one of the walls of the bots and they all tumble down and quickly he rams the other wall and makes them all fall over.
Adofo: NO ONE TOUCHES MY FAMILY!!!!!!
Sampson: Dad!!!
He jumps off Simba and runs to his dad and they exchange hugs.
Sampson: Dad I’m so scared!
Adofo: I know but it’s okay I’m here, daddy’s here! ……You okay bro?
Simba: Yeah, thanks!
The robots start to move around and try to pick themselves back up.
Adofo: Quick, move!
Adofo quickly picks up Sampson and they all run to the door.

CHAPTER FIFTEEN !

“THE HECK ARE YOU DOING YOU MORON YOU'RE LEAVING YOUR BROTHER BEHIND!! IF THAT WAS MY BROTHER I'D BE DOING THE MOONWALK BACK UP THERE.” Shouted Lacey, although Kelsey patted her back in a reassuring way.
“Lay, you idiot, let me remind you that you don't have a brother.”
“Neither do you.”
“Snow is my -adopted- brother, stupid. Do you need a brain transplant?”
“Calm down.” Knuckles chimed. “It doesn't matter on who has a brother and who doesn't.”
“Wise guy.” Sonic muttered.
Knuckles whipped around and grabbed the hedgehog by the throat. “...excuse me?!”
“Knock it off, guys!” Exclaimed Chantel, going over to break them up.

Simba eventually got out, but he looked extremely confused. Kelsey used her powers to teleport them all back to Priderock.

“So what's the issue with the hyenas?” Tails asked. “To me they're just dumb animals that smell really bad.”
“Miles Prower!” Kelsey growled, calling Tails by his real name. “Do NOT talk about ANY animal like that! I don't give half a **** if it's a spider-” Kelsey paused (she had arachnophobia). “-but do not talk about any being like that. God created everything for a reason.”
“Did he create Sonic just to make me mad?” Knuckles groaned. He and Sonic had been bickering (as usual) for the past couple of days.
“No. He created him to be your friend and to be the fastest thing alive. *cough* Besides me *cough*. He created you to be the guardian of the Master Emerald.” Kelsey said. “I guess. I don't know; I was only in religion school for two years.”
Knuckles grabbed Kelsey by the shirt and held her close to him like a doll. “...and to hold your hand.”
“D'aww, Knuxtie...”
“Ahem! Anyway.” Tails said. “Why are the hyenas still a problem? I still don't get it.”
