Rivera started at a fast jog, her hair and dress still managing to stay in perfect order. Issabelle was a few feet back, seemingly sulking because of the was Rivera had treated her earlier in the dining room. 'Let's try over here. It's where we found-' she stopped abruptly. 'Where the bones were,' she said in a strained voice.

Septimus sniffs the ground, he lifts his large head and closes his eyes.

Rivera slipped through the trees, and turned to see Issabelle, unmoving, at the edge of the forest.

'You could help, you know.' She was surprised at how cold she sounded. 'We're supposed to look for clues,' she amended, and tapped her foot impatiently against the pine-littered floor.

Issabelle frowns slightly. Unknown and unseen by the others, a dark shadowy net scoops her up and into the night sky.

"HELP!" she screams.

Rowen did not have a chance to escape out back and she wasn't sure she would've had her mother not distracted her. Werewolves, and this new world in general, were foreign to her. She knew Eden heard something because even though the werewolfess's ears were short and human, they twitched.

"What is it?" She voiced softly.

Ramzy grunted in a low tone as the rogue asked him about his fancy. "It's none of your concern," he replied smartly, not really caring if he was stuck with a known murderer. The scream, however, distracted any potential violence and Ramzy was off like a bullet. The dark net and, ultimately, Isabelle, caught his sharp eyes and he hoisted himself up a branch on a nearby tree. Trees weren't his favorite things, but they had their uses like now. As he climbed, he could feel his clothes tightening on him. Not now, he thought, annoyed.

By time he jumped and tore a hole in the net, letting Isabelle free, then rolled to his feet as he fell to the ground, he was a werewolf. Lovely, he thought as he surveyed his stretch and torn clothes, just lovely. He shrank back to a normal size and re-belted his trousers [his shirt was hopeless] just as the others appeared.

"It was unavoidable," he said to Kyle as he gave him a suspicious look.

It was not, however, his brother that caught his attention. It was Rowen. She was standing by her parents and watching him and Septimus with wide eyes and a confused expression. Oh, sh-, Ramzy thought.

Septimus rolls his eyes and trots off to find Issabelle.

" You certainly had a bit of a fall..." He taunts.

" None of your business....Now are you going to be a gentleman and help me up, or are you just going to stand there and watch..." She growls.

"Just watch, probably..." He grins.

She scowls at him. He raises an eyebrow questioningly. He turns back human and helps her up.

"THANK YOU..." Issabelle hisses sarcastically.

Rivera scowled.

'What on earth was that?' She howled angrily.

'I have no idea,' sighed Rotan, lightly touching his wife's arm in a soothing manner.

'Most importantly, how did it get here?' Growled Elijah. There was an uncomfortable silence, as everyone thought about it.

Septimus shrugs. "Don't ask me..."

He starts to walk in the other direction. "I've got to get to somewhere anyway..." He stalks off.

Ramzy's hazel eyes flitted from his brother to the others around him. Feeling a little awkward all bare-chested and everything he cleared his throat. "Nice night for a walk, a little too warm for clothes." Six vampire faces hardened.

Then Rowen laughed, a musical sound. She couldn't help it. Probably the hottest she'd ever seen was standing there complaining about how want it was. Her laughter quieted down to quiet giggles as Rhavyn and Daelyn shot her disapproving looks.

"I believe," Daelyn started, rather coldly, "that we should continue this tomorrow. Everyone seems quite done for. Any guests who will can stay at our house, and the talk can continue there as well." He glanced at Rotan and Rivera for approval.

(being the bad -a** rogue Septimus was, he always walks off at awkward times, LOL!)

Septimus walks through the abandoned streets and can't help but laugh at that awkward scene he left Ramzy in. He then sighs. He thinks back on his past and slows to a lonely sulk.
