I had a lot of free time at the end of yesterday, so I got through reading all of them. I agree though: these stories are exceptionally good this time around. :)

Read all and voted for my favorite.
I read mine back to myself and honestly, I think the fact it was rushed at the end of the deadline really shows in comparison to the quality of the others. But I entered, I'm happy with that XD, good luck yo.

^ Yep. Mine feels so rushed at the end, as well.

It wouldn't be a Regulus entry if it wasn't rushed during the final day(s) of deadline. lol :)

I rushed mine at the very end as well. Okay, so only somewhat, because I had the idea sitting in my head for over a week before I wrote it down, so it was mostly just a matter of writing it down. When I finished it, I felt quite proud of it, but something makes me think that if I read it again, I won't feel so good about it.

I'll let the votes decide instead. :P

Meh. Mine was probably rushed... I was busy all Saturday, so I knew Friday night was a 'now or never' type of deal with me. I think the prose was way too flowery, so it probably sticks out like a sore thumb, and it turned out a lot differently than I expected so I'm not very happy with it. I don't think it holds a candle up to my entry last month, which I was very satisfied with. :] I think there is a tangible difference in quality between the two.

4/7 authors have now said that theirs was rushed, and that's over half. I'm not really surprised considering how this contest and its deadlines usually turn out. (Procrastination, anyone?)

Yeah, well, I perpetuated it. 8-) So there.

I literally did mine 3 hours before entries closed.

5/7 rushed.

Wooo!! Waiting 'til the last minute for the win! :joy3:

We need to find out who these other two people are and see if they did theirs last-minute too. Otherwise it'll bother me. I must know. xD

I'm not going to say who, but I can say that the other two members submitted their stories fairly early on, so as far as I am aware, two stories were not rushed.
