Postby nalasimba83 » September 20th, 2013, 2:29 am

What an idiot...She did that in the VMA's I feel bad for Robin thicke. Did you see her twerking..oh my god..its so distrubing. She keeps on sticking her tongue. AAAAAAHHHHHH its so crreeeeppppy!!! for those of you who didnt see the Vma's dont see it! You cant even dream peacefully anymore without the image of her inappropriate behavior! Can someone put some clothes on her? Hey miley, your rich so you can BUY some nice clothes for yourself, instead of taking them off! Whats her problem>

It's actually quite sad seeing how she has turned out. I was watching The Last Song a few weeks back and she was so sweet and young. Fame really does change lots of people. Not for the good reasons either.

^I agree.

I guess she did it because she wants to establish a new image for herself as an adult pop artist competing against the likes of Lady Gaga and Katy Perry, as well as bring attention to herself. It's no accident her new single, "Wrecking Ball", was released in the wake of this. The stunt she did only brought attention to it, and she most likely wanted it to do. Also, remember this isn't the first she caused a media uproar which she wore a scanty outfit and did a brief pole dance bit at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards.

i know, but you should see her parent's view of this matter. Her dad,Billy Ray Cyrus accepts her inappropriate behavior, and whats more?He even supports it. He believes she is maturing and that she should have the chance to express herself, and her performance was a great way to do so. It is alright to express yourself, but what happened to that cute little girl? She started out with drugs, clubs,an now she is a total disaster.Wrecking Ball is her latest, and she is a great singer, its just her image that is spoiling that view.Se has been falling under pressure of other successful singers, and its quite visible. I just hope she changes, because she one of my favorites...And the same problem Miley has been facing,is also going around wit other disney singers/actors as well. For example, take Selena. She was a cute little innocent girl...Now after come and get it...she wants to fit in.She tried wearing a bindhi, posting pics f herself in a bikini, and just changing. And then there is Demi,(Though i still love her to the death!)who moved out of the Disney status and into a bad girl, rebel ;) She is still kind and loving, and just awesome in general. But i strongly believe none of teir situations is as bad as Miley's.

She doesn't have a problem that needs fixed man she's not a disney actor anymore and she can do whatever she wants

Just live and let live she isn't causing anyone any harm with her terrible twerking if u dont want to see her 'disturbing performance' then don't watch it

Umm, I think im going to take that as an offensive comment... And Jiirani, thanks for your uh...advice.But i also have my own opinion, and so does Sophia and TLP,so you sould have probably pt your comment into a less persuasive way... Just an advice from myself ;) And i wanted to watch the VMA's,but her performance was a part of it.She isn't harming anyone with her terrible twerking?Just as another opinion,I think she is hurting herself...and MY EYES!

I am not a big fan of Miley Cyrus, but this whole conversation just kind of reminds me of those old people who go around chastising people for having tattoos and piercings.

Miley Cyrus is only causing such an outrage because she used to be a Disney star and people just simply couldn't believe someone who was so innocent has changed so much. I do not want to get into a massive debate because I don't know much about the topic, other than being so outraged over something so meager is quite ridiculous, in my opinion. You believe she is hurting herself by dancing badly in front of people? It might get a bit of a bad reaction but she's still famous and she's still loaded so it probably isn't hurting her too terribly much. I feel like people are kicking up far too much fuss about it. This is stupid

As for the VMA's, and feeling bad for Robin Thicke... You certainly shouldn't. He a married man who let this young girl behave the way she did towards him. They are both hmm... To blame i suppose in this situation. Not only that, Thicke's song 'Blurred Lines' is incredibly sexist and objectifies women, encourages rape culture etc. He's a lot worse than Miley Cyrus is

Except people were not watching the VMA for that, were they? So it's kind of an irrelevant thing to say to someone that's like saying no one should have watched the Britian's Got Talent Live Final if they didn't want to see that girl lob eggs at Simon Cowell.

Anyways. I don't really have a problem with her.
Let's be honest, Disney actresses always turn out only one way in the end anyway.
Pretty sure even Ashley Tisdale is doing half / barely clothed modelling now and she was the hottest one anyway.

I dont know much of aout Robin Thicke.I dont know if this conversation is really remindng you about the old people's cooing and everyingbecause they probably wouldn't care about miley cyrus by now..(and btw,im 15..)i also just want to say that you might be thinking like im acting like one of them, but trust me im not.I used to be a big fan of hers, and i personally am hurt by her drastic change. She is famous and all,but she is coming on in magazines and the news,as a complee disaster. I mean, how would you feel if you were sweet and innocent at one time, then were into drugs, then became this total rebel, your fiance dumped you...,and your coming out as something disgusting?Fame changed her so much, and its not about money anymore, and success..
