It also has plenty of stuff in it that's bad for you though.
If you'd drink wine for the antioxidant and heart benefit, you'd be better off just eating grapes which have the same but more of it and other nutrients like fibre. Oh and they taste nice and wine doesn't lol.
Nobody drinks alcohol because its healthy, you drink it to get smashed. Still, I'm sure the odd glass of wine will be fine... Rhyme...Time...mine

They did a study in France I believe. They say that you will never have heart problems of any kind if you drink one and a half bottles of wine a day. You will just die of kidney failure the next day
