It is your art, and only you have the riht to judge, unless you ask for others to jude it. Just cuz it in their messaes doesn't give them the right to deem you something you are not. And frankly. I wouldn't care what I was called. I've been called all sorts of trash. I just ignore them.
A true artist does not need approval, they draw the way they enjoy because it is piece of themself.
