Let me tell you something.

My dad is a physician's assistant. He works in the medical field, but for the Marines. One of the guys he knew switched over to the private sector just recently, and due to the screwed-up healthcare system in this country, that guy is unable to provide proper care to many of his patients, because they can't afford it.

So, what does he tell them when his patients have problems but can't afford the necessary medication?

Simple. He used to work with the Navy SEALs, so what he tells his patients is just that: SEAL. Sleep, eat, and lift weights (this can be replaced with any form of physical exercise, actually).

Many of his patients told him that it worked. It really is that simple.
