She tried to run as fast as she could."aww dang-it,"Avery thought,"I have to go through the stupid river!" She said lazily. She didn't have a lot of strength left. The current became strong, and she was too weak to cross.

Taking wonderful advantage, Bellatrix did the danger call for crocodile. Since Avery was all battered n' crap it would be a great excuse.

"Well, at least I can try!" Avery said nervously. She could here Nuka coming towards her. Avery jumped high, her long fur touching the sunshine. She fell into the water, swimming slowly with only three paws. When she was halve way done, she became dizzy of all the blood coming out of her wet fur. Avery finally finished crossing, then passed out.She woke up in the medicine cat's den with Noah, Crowface and Fireheart standing next to her. "What happened?" Avery said tiredly looking at Noah. "You passed out after crossing the river, I found you there with blood all over the grass." He said with a loving smile."I thought I lost you!"Noah said putting his head under Avery's chin, both of them purred.

"Pleasant morning isn't it boss" Crowface yawns and stretches his furry body. "You two seem bright eyed and bushy tailed today" Crowface said in a gentle and playful manner. "My tails bushy again, Ugh!!!! That is the third time this week, i just got it redone." Bellatrix shouted. "She takes things a little too seriously, she does realize that is just an expression" Avery said sarcastically. Avery then turns around and looks at Crowface with a strange look on her face. Crowface then proceeds to ask her about the cubs and when should they begin training. "should the cubs begin their training, or should wait" Crowface asked Avery. Avery responded "i-i don't know, um, maybe we s-should wait, they are still pretty young". Avery turned away as she talked to Crowface."Is something wrong, boss?". Crowface asked her. "N-no, why do you say that?" she laughed very nervously. "Well your cheeks are red, are you ill?" he stared Avery in the eyes. "Yeah im fine, deputy: Go gather the others, we have a full schedule today." she said. "Oh, okay". And Crowface left the room, without another word. "Oooohhh!!, now i really see what's going on here, you have a little crush on Crowface!!!!" Bellatrix teased. "I do not". Avery replied. "Awww, you don't have to worry sis, your secrets' safe with me!!!!". And Bellatrix proceeded to leave the room as well. "You can't keep a secret if your life depended on it!" Avery mumbled under her breath and left after both Crowface and Bellatrix were gone. Worried

"Pfff, no I do not!" Avery said following her sister. Her tail was all the way up and her cheeks were still red."Besides, I love Noah!!" Avery said looking at Crowface. Bellatrix laughed loudly and shouted,"You like Crowface, You like Crowface." "No I don't!" Avery said running back to her den. Avery felt so humiliated in front of every cat in the camp. She was frowning, curled up inside her flowery den. Bellatrix came inside looking for Avery,"What's wrong?" Bella said looking at Avery's face. "Don't be afraid, let him know how you feel about him!" Bellatrix said laying down next to Avery."But I like Noah. A lot!" Avery said turning away from Bellatrix."Also, I think he likes me back because we have so much in common and-," "Don't you think you have something in common with Crowface too?" Bellatrix interrupted."B-but, I thought Noah worried about me when he saved me from bleeding to d-death," Avery mumbled. Avery thought how she got all the scratches yesterday. "That's a sign, r-right, sis?" Avery looked toward Bellatrix with a frown, "But, Bella, do you know what happened yesterday? Like how I was bleeding with scratches all over me?" Avery said with a determined face, trying to read through Bellatrix's eyes.

“If I can be with Nuka and Milo at the same time, then you can be with Crowface and Noah.” Bellatrix declared, and stormed off to her nest. She was pregnant with Nuka's cub and she told everyone it was Milo's but she knew it was Nuka's.

[The cub's name is Paw, I think. He belongs to call_of_the_wild]

"Wouldn't that be cheating?" Avery said looking at Bellatrix's belly. "I truly think that Noah cares for me more than Crowface.Also, he didn't ask if I was okay from whatever happened yesterday." She said following Bellatrix."Wait a second, who's Nuka?"Avery said narrowing her violet eyes at her sister."There's no Nuka in this clan!"Avery mumbled looking suspicious.

Prancing away from her sister, the head medic started to sing.

Avery said interrupting Bella's prancing."What's so bad about him?" Avery asked with a frown. Her face brighten up, Avery looked like she had an idea," Ohhhh, are you, jealous?" She said looking into Bella's blue optics.
