Revenge - Shadowfax and Tsuki [Private]

Nova all of a sudden left the hyena and looked at Zuberi.. Then she burst into song.

"TURTLE"

[Tsuki]

Zuberi frowned.

"No dude that's a Tortoise"

Yeh I'm away this week so less Net time D=. Sucks.

[Tsuki]

Zuberi blinked in surprise as the other Hyenas retreated. They were....afraid? Why? He looked over at the lioness who still clung onto the hyena in her jaws. Why were these Hyenas so afraid of this "Nova"? What had she done to them? Should he be afraid? Was his life now in danger? Or could he use this to his advantage? The tip of his tail twitched as he waited for the events to unfold.

Nova smirked wildly as the hyena began to beg for its life as his friends scarpered into the distance, leaving nout but a cloud of dust behind them. She lowered him to the floor gently and released her grip, but stuck her clawed paw into the beasts rump to stop him escaping. He yelled out in pain before turning back to Nova, not bothering to struggle against her now.

"So why don't you tell me why you fled like miserable worms the day Scar needed you all the most!!!!?" She roared in the hyena's face.

She glanced at Zuberi for a moment before looking back at the hyena who was whimpering.

"Simba would have killed us all! What else were we supposed to do?" He stammered, clawing at the dirt below him.

"You are all fools. You left your master. The one who gave you freedom and that is how you repay him?! I'll get revenge on the lot of you. I'll take back the freedom by taking your life!" She roared.

Before the hyena could react, Nova had clamped her jaws around his neck and snapped his neck. She allowed the beast to fall to the floor before looking over at Zuberi, her muzzle blood stained and her eyes burning.

Zuberi watched as Nova tortured the hyena before putting him out of his misery. He merely blinked at this. But what surprised him the most was this talk about hyenas leaving their master. Was this master another hyena? But the way Nova made it sound, it sounded like this "Scar", this master, was in fact a Lion. But how was that possible? Lions and Hyenas don't work together. As far as he was aware, Lions and Hyenas hated each other and Nova had just prooved his point. But Nova also wanted revenge? For what? What had the Hyenas done to her? Or had this master also been her master? Again this raised the same question. Why were Hyenas and Lions working together in the first place? This would make things VERY problematic for him. And who was this Simba?

As Nova turned her head to stare at Zuberi, his ears twitched slightly. Should he run? He had just seen what she could do. Would she do the same to him? Or could he use her and her revenge to get his own revenge on the Hyenas? But then what? He couldn't possibly take her on on his own. He knew that much. But maybe, just maybe, he could use her. He smirked and stood his ground.

"Looks like you hate those Hyenas as much as I do."

Nova's eyes darkened as Zuberi spoke. It was true, she hated Hyena's, but she hated pretty much anyone and anything which is exactly why she began to growl at the cheetah in-front of her. Nova had exhausted herself taking on that hyena so she knew she couldn't fight any longer. Plus, her legs were throbbing with pain as she stood there facing Zuberi. She hoped he hadn't notice them wobbling a little as she struggled to stand up.

"Hyena's are vile scavengers that deserve death. Especially those ones" She snapped.

She looked down at the dead hyena and began to run her claw along it's body so that deep wounds were formed.

[Tsuki]

Zuberi smirked slightly as he saw Nova shake slightly. She was in no fit state to fight him. His muscles relaxed slightly. If she did decide to attack, he could easilly out run her. But as Nova spoke he chuckled slightly.

"You've got that right. They deserve everything they get"

He ran his claws in the dirt as he watched Nova claw at the dead Hyena's body.

"What would a cheetah know about hyena's anyway?" Nova shot at Zuberi, her tone the usual unwelcoming one she had adopted.

The hyena was boring her now and she had ripped it apart enough. She tossed it aside with the back of her paw and her eyes hardened as she awaited Zuberi's answer. Something also bothered her. He hadn't attacked her when she had her guard down back when the hyenas had appeared. She intended to find out why.

[Tsuki]

Zuberi watched as Nova tossed the hyena's body aside but he didn't even wince. He then frowned and turned back to look at Nova.

"You clearly don't know much about Cheetahs then."

He looked back over at the carcass and his muscles tensed.

"Those flea bitten beasts thought they could rule over us. Took our food as payment. Killed my mother when I was just a cub."

He turned back to Nova and growled.

"But it was Lions that left me scarred"

"That's a beautiful story, but why are you still here? You shoulda run when you had the chance" Nova growled, taking a few noticeably shaky steps forward.

She growled in annoyance at her lack of balance, but she was too stubborn to rest or admit defeat so she merely smirked at Zuberi, her eyes glowing with anger. Cheetah's reminded her somewhat of leopards and due to her past, she had an utter hatred towards them.

"Were you so weak you couldn't defend yourselves against hyenas? You just let them in and allowed them to take your food? Pathetic" She scoffed as if trying to provoke Zuberi.
