I think it is time to go to bed and listen to Blue October. I need to think back on how I got better before and recall all the skills I was taught. Good thing I am going to therapy tomorrow. I will be okay. It's not like he is leaving! I am going to be okay! I will be fine. I am going to be ay OKAY. I just need to relax.. some sleep will do me good. He will get me a plush while he is there. I need to go to bed and sleep this off. That was a very scary breakdown. Tomorrow is a new day.

To be honest that's probably the first thing you need to do, move! Is there a local theatre group or something you might be able to join in the meantime though? :3 You need to start somewhere and the more experience you have, the better.

OMG... My doctor can be so patronizing Gives me pills and asks me a total of 3 times 'You're definitely not pregnant are you? You can't take them if you are...' Among with many other things... I've been on them before.. I know what to do. Jeez.
