I have asked to join Minery Cheetah group and is currently designing my cheetah. Do I have to do it through design trade?

I'd like a girl; she'll have white fur and pink spots, purple paws, a long, pink tail, turqoise eyes, a pink heart on her shoulder and cheek, purple bangs, and a turqoise nose. Her name will be "Thunderheart" Her power is "ice".
