That's not really the point I was making though, the point was there was a perfectly reasonable compromise that DGFone posted in the thread just before it was locked which was something like "Well, why don't we just record them and then people can listen to it later on" essentially that makes it an MLK Podcast instead of an MLK Radio but people who CAN join in the live show could, while others would still have the option of listening to the recording without having to stay up until 3AM when they have work the next morning. Questions could be posted in advance to the hosts, if there were any.

Since the shows were being recorded and SIlly was even nice enough to let us download them from dropbox, meaning they could even be put onto MP3 players and listened to while we go about our day... That would be a much better way of doing things IMO. And even if it's not, there were other alternatives than just rage quitting.

Just saying, if I were to host something like MLK Radio, I would rather every member being able to listen in the following days than only about ten listening live.

Let me re-phrase myself: a more suitable time. I know people could just listen to it later, but I'm sure there are a lot of people who actually want to be there to listen to it live.

I wasn't just rage quitting. The last radio show that I was going to do was cancelled because the people who were going to guest on it all bailed at last minute and I did everything I could to make it at a time more reasonable for everyone. I was willing to get up really early on my only day off in order to do the show so that people even in Europe could listen to it. But no, people were still unhappy and people will always be unhappy and I can't please everyone. I'm done trying to sacrifice my time just so that you all could have had something nice to do. I have a life, and I'm not going to sacrifice it so that everyone can cancel on me last minute.

You said it. You can't please everyone, so why worry about trying to? I think everybody here appreciates what you have done with MLK radio, and I understand how hard it is for everyone else to watch/be in it. I think how you do it now is great, and Im not sure why people are complaining about it. I don't think its smart to just stop trying, because you can't make people happy. If you don't want to sacrifice any more, then you have two options. You can let someone else do the show for a night, or plan it around when you want to do it and people will watch it when they get the chance. Im sorry if I come out mean saying all this, I just hate it when people give up on something because it does not go the why people plan it.

I don't think everybody on this site needs to form to people needs, I was just asking if anybody would be interested in starting one up. I know time zones are different, but thats why these competitions run over a month long period. Giving everybody a equal chance to take part, only if they want to. Nobody is forced to take part.

Time to get on a plane now! Im going to miss these guys here, but I must move on.
