Nala came glumly pass. She was used to life without simba now but her life was a destroyed one. she spent time on her own and learning to hunt. Nala was on her way home when she spotted neo. confused she asked "Neo what are you doing?"

Neo replaied his touge inbewtween his mouth concertraiting as much as he could "am training since I don't wanna play with the hyeans"

[Lily]

"I see." Nala replied glumly and she plopped down to watch. there was nothing else she could anyhow.

Neo jumped off the log he had turned from the nice happy cub he was to a sad tense cub "Nala do you likle the hyeans"

[Lily]

"no neo i dont" Nala relplied to him. "they frighten all the cubs and are not too fun to play with" a single tear rolled down her eye as she remebered her long lost friend. but she turned away to hide it from neo.

Scar strolled into the cave and addresses his wife. "Don't you just love this new life my queen?"

Neo knew Nala was sad he could feel it and he knew what it was probily about he sat down beside her and said "I miss him to"
Zira was very happy to see her mate she nussled him then replied "yes my dear"

[Lily]

"It's just so hard to believe that he's gone." Nala sobbed into Neo's shoulder. "We used to play together all the time. he was my best friend."

Scar contentedly lay next to Zira. He had just told the hunting party to get more food and decided to stay here and wait.

Neo stroked Nala's back with his paw trying to ease her pain "there there I miss him too and am sick of life here but really what do we do"he said rembering the thing he told his dad he wouldn't tell

"i dont know what we do." Nala said wiping her eyes. "I just know that i need to adapt to it and be strong. I"ll find hope someday."

"listen I know Simba was agreat friend to you and me"he said with compassion for Nala "but we have to get though this"
