The Lion King on Blu-Ray

Nope! So yea thats right most people are just assuming things...it annoys me when they say what they believe as facts though :ehh:

Yea they definately made that for the money! lol...it was pretty pointless, but suprisingly the cast came back to provide their voices. I dunno I dont count it as a movie...I dunno what I see it as its just weird..lol, obviously Timon and Pumba having their own show was not enough!

Yep exactly, I think it could have been a really good movie, a perfect sequel. And then they give us Timon and Pumba's story, what the hell!? :ew:

There is a TLK3, that's what TLK1 1/2 is called outside the U.S. so it would technically be a TLK4. I sooo agree it would be best for them to make a prequel of TLK if they make another movie...or else Simba and Nala will be kind of old.

I own a SP book that actually explained the Outlanders a tiny bit. apparently Mufasa banished them for stirring up trouble or something, possibly before Simba was born. I'd venture she wasn't his wife, since none of her cubs are his. she was probably just diluded and thought Scar loved her because he picked her son to be his heir.

since it was mentioned, there is a petition to make another Lion King movie here: http://www.petitiononline.com/lionking/petition.html

Ohh, never heard that one before...I wonder what sort of trouble they caused. Though then that kinda seems weird that Simba also banishes them..
ahah I always say Zira is deluded, cause I dont believe she was his wife...and to be honest if they were his kids Disney would have made it clear I'd think

They don't make much clear at all hehe. Good theory about Zira. The entire timeline is a stretch. Scar picked Kovu as his "heir", but when did that happen? And where was Zira (who obviously looks quite different from the other lionesses) during TLK? I think we're supposed to believe that the outlanders were banished by Simba for being loyal to Scar, which means they were once Pridelanders. If they were loyal to Scar, why wouldn't they fight with him and the hyenas in TLK? And HOW COME there are so many of them! There were almost more Outlanders than Pridelanders when they fought and they certainly owned them in a fight.

SP strongly hints that at least Nuka is Scar's son. Nuka argues that "Scar wasn't even his father" and "I should've been the chosen one". If he knew that they both weren't Scar's sons then he wouldn't be making that argument. I don't know about Vitani though, I'll have to watch it again and see.

And like you said, Jenny, I dunno why they had to make a movie about Timon and Pumbaa, the tv show sufficed.

When Nuka says "Scar wasn't even his father" I think he was referring to kovu.

I know, we dont see them atall in the first movie and the answer is simply because when the first movie was being made they were not making a 2nd movie therefore all the outland characters did not exist because they were simply not thought of. And yea I was thinking about that...if Scar had a whole pack of hyenas and all those lionesses he could so beat Simba and his small group of lionesses, but thats another thing...if they lionesses were Pridelanders why do they like Scar so much? I mean he was a bad king who didnt care and they were all starving? I dont quite get why they support him?? =/
This is exactly why I thought they should have made their new characters not connected to Scar cause it leads to these questions to where were they? And why did they support a bad king?

Yea, most people will bring up that quote when saying Nuka was his son, he says 'Kovu Kovu Kovu, Scar wasnt even his father he just took him in' as if to say that HE should have been chosen cause he was actually Scars son, but after he says that he goes to say, 'I should have been the chosen one, Im the oldest, Im the strongest, Im the smartest' ...he doesnt say cause he was actually Scars son, now wouldnt he after what he just said about Kovu?? Like I said before, I think Disney would have made it clear if they were his kids and they had the perfect time to put it in there. Plus if he was the father of them, that means Zira cheated? Which I really dont see happening cause she is so obsessed with Scar and so very loyal to him...to be honest they kinda screwed eveything up when they changed it to Scar wasnt Kovu's father.

Yes thats what I meant. :P

Yeah all the Pridelanders knew he was a bad King. They have no reason to support him especially after he died. If they had a lick of sense they'd know that Simba was the true King, he was in line before Scar was. The fact that Scar denies that proves our point even more..

They changed it so Kovu and Kiara weren't related, which we all know. But yeah it still screwed up a bunch of stuff.

About Nuka's quote, I was just saying he'd be a hypocrite if he claims he should be the chosen one while saying Kovu shouldn't be because he wasn't Scar's son. That kinda implies that Nuka is Scar's son. Its not crystal clear, but I think its enough to assume so.

lol well really, Scar was in line first but yea Simba was born..Scar was pushed to the side...again. I would be pi**ed too.

Yea, but he just thinks its wrong cause Scar wasnt his dad but yet he still got chosen whereas Nuka thinks he shoulda been chosen instead because of the reasons he gives which is 'Im the oldest, strongest, smartest'. And it still comes to the conclusion that Zira must have cheated...I still cant see that happening. Not to mention Scar would have killed Kovu, I know he would not choose someone else's cub to follow in his pawprints, that makes no sense! Why would he do that? Seriously why couldnt they just leave Scar outta the story instead of making up a pride and family he didnt have in the first place, makes me so annoyed :x
