Then he has the gall to act shocked when I tell him to never come near her again if he's gonna keep neglecting her and then he yells at me saying it's my fault he didn't walk her?

Excuse me, I told your ass to take her out and you didn't. Every time I tell you to walk her you just moan and complain, and I'm already walking her ALL DAY while you're at work. Sometimes I forget her once late at night and ask you to do it, so? You never take her out even when you're here, you "forget" even when we tell you. So don't give me that weaksauce excuse you sorry sack of crap.
