When I came home from my night shift yesterday I had 5 hours sleep. I then had 10 hours sleep last night. And still I had to have a nap this afternoon. What is wrong with me?

It's not just that, I'm tired all the time. But 16 hours sleep since yesterday morning seems a bit excessive.
