I just thought i'd update. I get these attacks alot. No idea what triggers them, or why I get them but I really panic because they are sooooo painful and as my Grandfather died from heart faliure at 50, I do get a bit worried when my chest hurts that much. It's easing a little now (Got a hot water bottle strapped to my chest. Woo!) But still getting the attacks. Boo ¬_¬ Just thought i'd update. If it gets any worse tonight like last time, I may be taking a trip to the hospital. Fun, fun, fun.
