Can someone be inherently evil?

I think rape is wrong. I do believe there are reasons that can justify killing specific people. I can't think of anything that I undoubtedly classify as right.

You have to give the person the benefit of the doubt. Chances are, they probably aren't an 'evil' person.

Well, there are more exceptions. For instance: I don't think it was moral to help the rebels in Libya and I don't think it is moral to go and help the rebels in Syria.

You don't have to choose/create elaborate scenarios. There's a hungry person on the street and you have food. Do you give it to him?
