Family Research

Age - 15
Nationality and country you live in - Ooohh Canada
Religion (if you have one) - Athiest
Dependent or independent - Dependant
Profession - Professonal Eating champion
Family type (may be more than one you've experienced so far) -
Opinion on the matter (no more than 250 words please xD) - It really varies on the people, what kind of family they would need. I've lived with no father since I was 5, long story, but life may get hard sometimes but I'm still with my mother, right? Some families may need eachother to support them, some do not. Single Fathers, Single Mothers, Grandparents taking care of them, Godparent(s). It really depends on what they've gone through and who they are.

Hope it helped ^^

Kind of answered this on Skype the other day lol but still x)

Name - Frida
Age - 20
Nationality and country you live in - Sweden
Religion (if you have one) - Spiritualism/Paganism
Dependent or independent - Independent as in living by myself in a rented flat, however my only income is my student loan so I don't exactly earn it myself
Profession - Student (university level)
Family type (may be more than one you've experienced so far) - Grew up in a nuclear family, parents divorced when I was 13 and I've lived with my mum and sister since. Now living alone.
Opinion on the matter (no more than 250 words please xD) - I don't think it really matters which family type you are raised in...generally speaking, I think a single parent or gay/lesbian couple would be just as capable of raising a child and providing it with the love and care it needed. I certainly do not think a nuclear family is a requirement for a happy childhood and safe upbringing. My parents did nothing but argue when they were together, and so, I was a lot happier living with my mum.

Name - Nicole Jones
Age - 17
Nationality and country you live in - American / United States
Religion (if you have one) - Agnostic Atheist ( if that counts )
Dependent or independent - Dependent
Profession - Student in High School
Family type -
0 - 4 I lived in a nuclear family ( unwed )
5 - 14 I lived in an small extended family ( still unwed )
14 - 15 I lived in a extended/joint family ( still unwed )
15 - I went back to an extended family that went down to a nuclear family ( still unwed )
16 - 17 - I lived in a nuclear family and then down to a single parent act.
17 - I'm back in a nuclear family ( unwed ) again.
Opinion on the matter - It's all a matter of circumstances. It's not a matter of what kind of family you live with, it's the matter of the people around you. Any situation can become dysfunctional, given the situation and the people. In my opinion any indivdual can thrive or suffer in their environment, depending on the circumstances. People need to get out of this 'traditional' family mindset and become more open minded. Times are changing.

Age - 14
Nationality and country you live in - Scotland/Scottish
Religion (if you have one) - Catholic/Christian
Dependent or independent - Dependent
Profession - Student at High School
Family type (may be more than one you've experienced so far) - Me and my mum (single parent)
Opinion on the matter (no more than 250 words please xD) - I think any one can be allowed to raise a kid (unless you're really young). Single parents, same sex parents should have the same rights as a nuclear family. I've lived with my mum all my life and I'm fine. It doesn't matter who you live with, as long as they love you and take care of you then thats all that matters.
