Misfits

Misfits is a British tv series that currently has 4 seasons. I have only watched 3.

Five young offenders - Nathan, Kelly, Curtis, Simon and Alisha - are all doing community service when they are caught in a freak storm. They discover after the storm that each of them has been given a superpower. Kelly can hear peoples thoughts, Simon can turn invisible, Curtis can turn back time, etc.

I am really rubbish at explaining the plot of tv shows and such, I was just wondering if anyone here had seen this series? I think it`s brilliant, and hysterically funny! Even watching it by myself, I have sat and laughed so hard I nearly fell off the sofa. It`s fun, exciting and refreshingly different! I highly recommend it.

This show has a 18+ rating due to lots of bad language, violence and sexual references - just so you know.. I know there are people of lots of different ages here, so I just wanted to mention it.

I have heard of this show before, and have even had some Nathan clips sent to me, which definitely were amusing.
I haven't watched it though, but it may be worth giving a shot.

I'll add it to my "to watch" list since one of my New Years Resolutions to not start a new TV show before completing some of the ones I'm already watching.

Oh god Nathan.. Wow. He is definitly one of the most unique characters I have ever encountered. geez lol (Simon quickly became my favourite) Anyway, you should watch it! Your New Years Resolution is good, though. I am trying that with TV series and books myself, to avoid ending up with a whole bunch of un-finished projects.
