Skyrim RPG - (Shadowfax and Baya) [Closed]

Arya collapsed as she emerged from the bushes and felt her head spinning. Now she awaited Rashad, whether he'd kill her here or if he'd let her live. At his words she forced herself to smirk.

"People tend to get a little... nervous... When you mention those kind of things" She said, breathing deeply due to the lack of blood.

"Don't worry.. This ring keeps my transformations under control. It's no gift, it's a curse. I hate using it" She admitted as he helped her to her feet.

She allowed Rashad to walk her to the horse and she sat down on a rock once they had made it over to the poor beast. He seemed spooked by the whole scenario and neighed nervously as they approached.

Arya winced as Rashad tied a bandaged round her leg, though she greatly appreciated the help. For a moment she had forgotten she was here to kill him. She did however laugh slightly when he told her he still didn't trust her.

"I don't think the famous Rashad of the shadows will ever trust anyone other than himself" She said, putting a little weight on her leg to see if the potion had taken effect.

At his question however, she looked away for a moment.

"I was born back in our homeland.. Though.. I wasn't there very long. Most of my life has been spent in Skyrim because of.. Because it just has been" She finished, not wishing to discuss the reasons for leaving with Rashad. "What about you?" She found herself asking suddenly.

Arya looked away immediately as he told her she had the same eyes as someone he used to know. At first she thought it could have been her mother, but there was no way she would have left their homeland. They didn't ever want to cross the borders and she understood why once she'd entered Skyrim . She looked at Rashad as he drank the mead and laughed under her breath.

"The guild sure likes their mead" She said, trying to stand up to regain some feeling in her leg.

Up ahead she spotted some approaching figures, but they looked like mere farmers, or atleast she hoped that's what it was.

Arya winced slightly as she stood up to her full height. The approachers could now be seen properly and Arya saw they were two Argonian's looking rather drunk. The she-khajit rolled her eyes as the noisy pair got closer, stumbling over their own feet as they walked. Once in earshot of the two thieves, one of the argonians called out.

"Hey, hey! We've got two Khajit's here brother! You know what that means!" He said with a drunken laugh.

"Yeh! Skooma!" The other called as he approached Arya and Rashad.

Arya's ears flattened on her head and she growled threateningly at the pair of them. They were both male Argonian's, green and wearing beige tunics. She'd heard of Skooma sellers on the road and was amused they thought this. One of the brothers was staring at Rashad as if to see if he had any Skooma hidden in his pockets, whereas the other one was watching Arya closely, a smug look on his face.

"Say pretty lady.. I can see your hurt so... Be a good girl and hand over the Skooma eh? Then you and your boyfriend don't have to die" He sniggered, pulling out a dagger lazily.

Arya, despite the pain in her leg went swiftly to her holster and pulled out the dagger inside. She knocked the knife clean out of the Argonian's hand, grabbed him by the shoulder and span him round with the dagger at his throat.

"I ain't got any Skooma. Now, get lost" She snarled in his ear.

The other Argonian saw his brother in peril and grabbed his own knife, advancing on Rashad.

"You tell her to let him go!" He beckoned, holding the dagger awkwardly in his drunken state.

Arya pushed the Argonian forward, putting her leg out infront of him also so he tumbled to the floor next to his drunken friend. She looked up at Rashad and merely nodded at his words. He spoke the truth of it and she'd taught them a lesson either way. She limped over to the horse and patted it gently on the neck.

"We better get going then. I know an Inn a mile up the road so we could stay there for the night" She said, waiting for Rashad to take the reins and lead on.

The argonians on the floor were cursing them and throwing anything on the ground they could find at the pair of them.

"Now.. Rashad.. Before I change my mind and slit their throats" Arya growled, looking at the two drunks out of the corner of her eye.
