That is not gonna happen. The state of Norway can legally keep him another 5 years after the 21 years. According to the average live expectancies he will still be alive by then.

Agreed. But then, I also agree with Flip's statement that if you take a life, yours should be taken from you. An eye for an eye, a life for a life. Of course, with legal systems like the one we have here, a murderer sentenced to death might live out the rest of his life going through all those appeals they get.
