I could be a lot worse. Yesterday was absolutely terrible but I don't want to talk about that. There's 7 days left of this torment. It'll be over soon, I know, and I just have to keep telling myself that, and I'll get through it. But there's always that feeling, that spot in the pit of your stomach that's clenched with anxiety, that you just can't do anything about. I've lost my appetite, and I really hurt myself (physically, on purpose, though I now hate myself for it.) quite bad yesterday. I'm not really sure how I'm even typing right now, on a lion king forum of all places. Yes, some people have it worse, but that doesn't really apply here. Missing a loved one is a serious thing.
