Not at all, although Skyfall was incredibly good. I read an article that turned out to be factually inaccurate. Bummerrrr. However, on a more general note, user specific gun locks have been in development for a long time, although still have some problems. Some Smith and Wesson have a pretty cool gun lock ring, which makes it impossible to fire the weapon without wearing the ring. However, my point remains. There is a compromise to be made, but organizations like the NRA make it impossible to have conversations and make these compromises.

I believe a way to stop these types of shootings, and to increase gun control is to not allow any household with a mentally ill/unstable person living within is not aloud to own a gun, or any sort of related lethal weapon. No guns, bullets, or such other amour-y aloud in the home. If you work with guns, keep them at work. If you are a hunter, keep them in safe storage at the shooting range with a picture of yourself and your name.
I believe it would decrease crime rate, and significantly stop mass shootings.

Remember the Batman shooting? They say he was mentally unstable. This shooting? Mentally unstable. A way to stop this, is provided above.

It seems logical enough to not own a gun with a mentally unstable person. But why not keep a law about it?

Seriously why don't those shooters go to the Westboro building. Their mental delusions aren't helping anyone. That organization fully profits from the right to be retarded.

The Supreme Court declared their picketing as legal. They are protected the same way Klan members are when they protest. It makes me sick.

Did you know that there are mentally ill people out there who are not officially diagnosed? There are people who are unstable up there but are good at hiding it.

Most of the people who do things like this aren't mentally ill. Sure, some of them are, but most of the time its not the case. Not everyone who has a mental illness is going to snap one day and kill a bunch of kids. It's people who were brought up in places where horrible people get a lot of spotlight. Its people that 'want to go out with a bang'. I bet u know the name of the murderer, but I doubt u know the names of the victims, cos I don't know their names. this kind of stuff isnt going to stop no matter what u do man people will always get their paws on weapons and people will always want to best someone elses horrific crime u feel me

A great start to prevent more shootings would be by making guns illegal. At least they're harder to get that way. Allowing guns to be sold, is like placing a bowl with candies on a table near a little kid.
