'As long as we always keep an eye open, I don't see any reason why we would not be safe' Tago added.

"I hate it when Humans poach. Why don't they go hunt something they can eat rather than Skinning lions. I remember when I watched them kill her." Shinova replied remembering a friend he once had on his adventures away from Mio and Nova. "Meeko you remember her?" Shinova moved back toward the Den when he heard gun shots. "Quickly they must have gotten a Leopard!" Shinova whispered quietly as he began to sprint with Meeko on his back.

'You are right' Tago agreed. 'It isn't fair in my opinion'.

Lyra walled a few steps away and sniffed around. 'I cannot stand their smell' she complained.

Meeko nodded as he remembered their friend and he winced at the thought. When he also heard the sound of gunshots he snapped his head round and looked at Shinova urgently.

"We must get back to the den, warn Nova and stay low!" He called as they raced through the jungle.

Rayn opened her mouth to say something smart to Tago, but she heard gunshots on the air and she growled with annoyance. Vex lowered her head and flattened her ears.

"Teriffic" She growled.

Tago and Lyra looked at each other nervously as they heard the gunshots sound overhead. They humans must be in the jungle.

'We need to get out of here if they are here' Tago said to the lions urgently.

Ace said alright let's go as he started to lead them around the jungle it will take us a little bit longer to get there.

Mio heard the shot and ran to find Nova. He was ready to defend her and his home.

Nova looked up at the sky and winced as she heard the gunshots in the jungle. Sighing she looked over at the young ones.

"Mio.. Shinova.. Get back here soon" She muttered, worried for them both.

Tago and Lyra nodded and did as they were told. They walked along the jungle floor, the leaves crunching under their feet.

'Maybe we should start hunting them and see how they like it' Lyra said bitterly.
'Come on Lyra, we need to get a move on' Tago nudged her side.

A hunter was trudging his way through the jungle, his hands held a gun firmly. He held it out in front of him as he walked, ready to end the life of any unfortunate animal that may stray too near.

"Why the hell do they come into our home!? We've never been disturbed till now" Vex said, her eyes widening as the scent got stronger as the hunters drew nearer.

The young lioness gulped and dropped to her belly, nervous that they might find them and kill them with their sticks. Rayn however didn't lower herself to the ground and stubbornly walked like nothing was happening.
