[Private] Songo and Sirom - A Sweet Dream

Sirom observed Songo's actions and was surprised to feel her warm furry body pressing up against his. The low steady purring instantly became unstable and more noticeable now as his mane ruffled up against her pelt. Feeling her broiling muzzle rubbing along his own pelt and neck, he couldn't help but let out an much louder purr as his maw dropped open a tiny bit. Not paying any attention at the moment, he wasn't aware that Songo was heading on ahead towards the entrance of the cave. Living in his own little world by this time, Sirom was soon brought back into realty from Songo's soft, sweet and affectionate sounding tone that instantly made him feel comfortable inside.

"Ye.. Yeah, I'm coming." He managed to say and pressed on ahead, eying Songo's swaying tail that seemed to tease him. Not wanting to appear rude, he slowly made his way beside Songo with a light blush forming around his furry brown cheeks.

"I didn't see your affectionate side coming there, I was a bit shocked. It did felt nice though. So, would you like to tag along with me and explore these lands? I wouldn't mind tagging along with you." Sirom flashed a big grin and gently rubbed his much bulky and broad frame along Songo's slender and skinnier frame. He was hoping that she will accept the request as his eyes were staring deep into her bluish glossy ones.

Songo peered up at Sirom and smirked; she paused for a moment and lifted her forepaw to his muzzle silencing him. ”Shush, you talk too much.” she whispered to him. Letting his muzzle go she chuckled, “Let’s go exploring..I’m thirsty anyway.”

Her blue eyes gazed up at Sirom as she stepped lightly through the tall grass, her ebony tipped paws leaving small prints in the mud as she made her way towards the watering hole. Her eyes glanced at her surroundings cautiously,her tail flickered behind her slowly. She stepped towards the crystalline liquid and dipped her muzzle towards it, letting her pink tongue fall out she lapped up some water. Her blue eyes gazed down at the water ripple and her reflection stared back at her, she smacked it with her paw.

Before he can say anything, Sirom was caught off speaking by Songo's fore paw covering up his ebony muzzle lips. Blinking numerous of times from this sudden action, he listened to her explain about him speaking too much which was entirely true. Slowly coming to a stop now, he heard her mention about going to the waterhole for a quick drink before scrutinizing anywhere in the Pride Lands. Feeling her soft fore paw leaving his maw, Sirom gave a simple nod and followed close behind of Songo, watching her swaying tail going back and forth. After a few minutes of padding along a familiar path, they finally reached their destination at the tralucent waterhole.

Sirom made his way beside of Songo, leaning his furry head down to eject out his large, raspy, pink, feline tongue to lap continuously at the refreshing water. Finally quenching his thirst, he leaned back a little and licked over his immerse muzzle lips to get any strands of water that was dripping from his maw. Pasting another warm smile, he waited patiently for Songo to finish up before they can go on ahead on their little adventure as he figured it'll be best for her to speak up first when they were ready.

Songo realized Sirom was right by her side and slightly got him wet; she put her paw over her muzzle and held back her giggle. ”So Sirom…where do you want to go first?” she asked standing to her paws. Her blue eyes noticed some large trees in the distance and she sprang off through the tall grass a smile crossing her muzzle.

”Come on Sirom, you’ve got to keep up!” she yelled back as she ran forward. Her body dipped in and out of the trees and her blue eyes scanned ahead of her as she skidded to a stop.She glanced back over her shoulder and looked for Sirom, she ducked low in the tall grass once more. Her eyes watched and waited to pounce on him, she had to admit she was enjoying the company of this male.

Sirom's eyes remained fixated on Songo's figure, admiring her view once more and not really paying attention on the world around them. He felt some water splashing over against him now as he soon felt Songo's furry tan fore paw pressing firmly against his jet black muzzle. Startled by her recent actions, Sirom listened carefully to what she had to say as he glanced over and watched her take off in one direction. Puzzled, he immediately took action and rushed after her with a small chuckle as his amber like eyes tried their best to keep track of her. With all of these tall grass getting away, it was becoming too arduous to pin point her location. Slowing down now, Sirom observed his surroundings and was running along in the direction where Songo was last spotted, unaware that she was waiting to pounce him.

"Songo! I've lost you! Where are you?" His voice traveled through the terrain loudly as he cocked his head aside, inching closer to her current location. He was beginning to feel something was plotted and knew she wasn't going to do anything dumb. Regardless though, he was really finding Songo very interesting.

Songo stayed low to the ground as her blue eyes waited for Sirom to get to the right spot, her rump lifted in the air as she got ready to pounce. She laughed slightly and sprung forward onto Sirom’s back, she gently nipped onto his ear. She laughed as he tried to wrestle her down. “Gotcha Sirom! You need to work on your tracking skills..” she added flashing a toothy grin to him.

Sirom heard no response coming from Songo and wondered if she had ventured further ahead or if she was waiting by a checkpoint somewhere. Unaware that he was proceeding on a playful trap that Songo had planned and before he realized, he heard a giggle come out from nowhere and felt two strong furry tan fore paws pressing firmly against his enormous and powerful chest. Surprised by this, he instantly fell on his furry brown back, jaw dropping in awe from her quick pounce.

"Gee Songo, I didn't even see you coming with a pounce like that. I... I'll work on my tracking skills. Anyway, it's really great to see you open like this, any particular reason?" The young lion asked benevolently, gently pushing Songo over so that he can roll over and up on all fours. While he waited for a answer, he took a quick glance over to her countenance again, taking in her characteristics. There was something about her that made him all tingly inside. A small but noticeable blush formed around Sirom's fuzzy cheeks as he pasted a quick smirk before leaning in to nuzzle Songo across her neck more affectionately, already forgetting that she didn't like this gesture too much.

Songo laughed and rolled onto her belly beside Sirom, “Maybe I felt like it.” She said with a slight snicker. Crystal blue eyes glanced his way as he nuzzled her, she turned red herself. She closed her eyes and let out a soft purr, opening them once he stopped.

“My dear Sirom, you still talk too much. Enjoy the silence a little bit…” she whispered to him. She nudged him with her muzzle and glanced over by the watering hole. “Follow me…and I’ll show you.” she whispered. She crept low and dragged herself through the tall grass; she ended up lying upon a large rock. Her blue eyes glanced back at Sirom, “Shh..look” she said and pointed ahead of her with her ebony tipped paw.

Songo’s blue eyes looked back towards the watering hole and she watched three small cheetah cubs play. A smile crossed her features and she sighed. Not too far from them she spied their mother and she smirked, the cubs wrestled and splashed in the water. “They are so cute.” she muttered.

Sirom observed Songo's reaction to his question and listened to her small giggles as he noticed those furry tan cheeks of her's becoming reddish in color. Hearing her comment, Sirom knew that he was beginning to talk her hear off by now and should take into consideration of being more quiet now. Showcasing a smile, his dark, burnished colored eyes were fixated on Songo's figure as she insisted of going somewhere near the waterhole. Without a word, he expeditiously followed close behind of Songo, making sure not to bump into her as they were padding along a trail back to the watering hole. Shoving away tall pieces of grass with his fore paw, Sirom glanced over and watched Songo escalate above a large rock to observe something.

Not sure what she was looking at, Sirom slowly made his way up beside Songo and noticed small playful cheetah cubs playing together in a small clearing. He easily spotted the mother who wasn't too far away from her young. He paid more attention on listening to what Songo was saying about the cubs and he couldn't help but slip out a chuckle.

"They are adorable. Kinda reminds me when I was a cub, I use to be so playful and carefree." Sirom replied quietly and glanced back to Songo who was still paying attention on the cubbies. He smirked a little and gently nudged Songo playfully against her side to indicate that they should get on moving to explore more of these lands. Slowly sliding down the side of the large rock, Sirom decided to take lead and paced on ahead.

"I'll go ahead and take lead, hope you can stick up with me Songo." Sirom smirked and gave a quick wink.

Songo’s blue eyes glazed over as she watched the cuba play, Sirom’s nudge at her side made her come back to reality. “Oh..Yeah…it was fun as a pup. ” She answered back and watched him leave. A frown crossed her muzzle and quickly disappeared as he wanted to see more of the land.

She lifted herself up on her paws and stepped up beside him and she nudged at his side. “Keeping up with you is simple..” she cooed in his ear playfully. She stepped by Sirom her long tan tail flicking his muzzle as she passed, ”Better catch up..” she warned and bounded off through the grass. As she stepped further ahead her muscles flexed through her tan pelt, her crystal blue eyes gazing back at Sirom.
