"She lies to herself. The excuse of protecting the two children she has. She's telling herself that while she forsakes her daughter to be damned. What can I do Meeko? I'm just only beginning to grow from being a cub. They're born now and as time goes on it because clearer and clearer I don't belong here. I can't let Rayn be the product of Nova's petty. She can lie to herself all day, but I won't be there for it." Shinova conversed with Meeko. Shinova looked into the pool of water. "I lost my parents, because they loved me. Nova can't give up on Rayn."

Mio brought back so food for the family. He led Deillion to the food and let him smell it before the others could have any to let him get the scent. Ace soon walked over and sat down. Mio picked off a piece for him and chewed to make it easy for him to eat since they hardly had any teeth. He did the same for Vex. He pulled off more for Deillion and made sure he ate because he did not know when was the last time he ate.
Alright Nova I am going to go look for Rayn.

[Shadowfax]

"Then let's go find her. Nova will snap out of this negative phase sooner or later. I just hope it's sooner rather than later..." He said with a sigh, leaping up onto the cubs back.

"Should we split up and look, or stick together?"

Nova raised her head slightly when Mio announced he was going to look for Rayn. She sighed and flicked her tail.

"Fine. Just don't get yourself killed" She said watching Vex attempt to clean herself.

We should stick together until we find out what they are doing then we should spilt up looking for her when we are there to cover more ground.

Ace wanted Nova to play with him after he ate. He was full of energy now that they ate. He tried to get Vex to play, but he saw her cleaning herself so he walk up to mom and tried to speak.

Deillion tried to learn the layout of the cave knocking into Vex and Ace. He then tried to sniff and got the scent of Nova and then unknowningly bumped into Nova and fell over. He shook his head shaking off the dust.

Vex growled slightly as Deillion bumped into her. She was unsure of this cub, yet she now understood he couldn't see so she merely ignored him when he accidentally bumped into her. When he walked into Nova, she slowly turned her head and looked at the cub. She sighed.

"Your parents were evil, twisted psycho's. I hope you don't turn out like that"

Ace slowly figured out no one wanted to play so he lied down and watched Deillion because he was curious with the newcomer. He then looked for Rayn because she loves to play, but he realized she wasn't here he started to whine. He was just confused with all what was going on. He was trying to figure things out. The poor cub was thinking way to much for his young age.

"What's wrong?" Nova asked the cub, pulling him forward with her front paws.

She looked down into Ace's eyes and saw the sadness there. Vex too looked lost and looked at her mother uncertainly.

"What do you want me to do? Just abandon you here and go off on another wild chase! I can't! You need my protection or else your all going to be taken! Deillion might not be our blood, but Mio wants to keep him so I too will defend him from harm, but I can't just up and go to get her back! What about you?! Who will protect you!" Nova said, her voice growing louder every second.

"We could watch the cubs for you. After all, we do owe Shinova a debt" Came a voice from the den entrance.

Mio soon was looking unto the leopards living area. He looked around taking his time scouting out the area. He wished Nova was here to help fight with them. Ace soon got scarred of the unknown voices and stayed next to her mother. He knew what happened last time.

The two brothers from the battle appeared at the entrance. Nova immediately leapt infront of the cubs and growled threateningly.

"I already tore that stupid she-leopards throat out, I can do two more if you'd like" Nova snarled, though she suddenly realized that the two infront of her were the ones who were with Shinova after the battle and he was talking with them like friends.

"We only offer our services as Shinova would appreciate it. He gave us our freedom back and in turn we wish to help his family"

This made Nova feel awkward. She was far from a mother to Shinova, but she had a bond with the cub and would protect him also if she had to.

"We can either protect your young or go in your stead" The other brother said.

"And what makes you think I trust you!?" She snapped.

"Because we've given you a choice and we are not attacking"

Nova paused. If she left, who know what would happen to the cubs. If she stayed, these two could be laying a trap for the others. She growled and pondered for a moment.

"You. I'll go with you to this place and if your lying or if any harm comes to the cubs. I'll kill you. Think of it as, insurance" Nova growled.

The two brothers sighed and nodded in agreement.

"Fang, i'll go with her. Your the strongest of us you stay here and protect the cubs if it comes to it" The younger of the two said.

"Fine, but be careful out there Kiba" Fang said, sitting down at the back of the cave.

Nova nodded.

"I'll be back soon my darlings" Nova whispered to her cubs, giving the two of them a nuzzle before she exited. She couldn't bring herself to do the same for poor Deillion, so she merely nodded to the blind cub stupidly as she left with Kiba to fight the leopards and hopefully bring Rayn back.

Mio saw Jengo and was ready to fight again. He was determined, he was damn sure he was getting her back this time. Alright let's split up and cover more ground. We can find her quicker. He went around the left side looking to see how many we're there. He didn't count much because so many were killed at the first fight
