Nova smirked at Mio's hated by everyone comment.

"At least I know I won't be betrayed by fake friendships" She growled back.

She watched Mio walk off in an opposite direction and growled. She looked down at Kanti's dead body before proceeding onwards, the blood still taste-able in her mouth.

Mio walked silently as he made his way to the leopards den. He quietly looked around and saw him. He didn't see Rayn. He looked around for any signs of any den where she would be.

[Tora]

[indent]"Meeko I think it be better we stay. I was at first on board with going to the Pride Lands, but getting these cubs there safely may not be an option." Shinova said. "I can feel the anger. I can feel the frustration. Both Mio and Nova are concerned."[/indent]

[Shadowfax]

Meeko halted and Vex made to pounce on the meerkat, but he managed to evade her.

"Maybe your right. I hope Nova and Mio will be back soon.... Come on you two, back to the den!" Meeko said, though he suddenly realized where they were. The battle scene.

Nova found a set of tracks which belonged to an unknown leopard, but she followed it. If Rayn was with Jengo, this was more likely his trail. She was tired and hungry, but determined to find Rayn.

[Tora]

[indent]"Vex you're not going to like this, but you're just as stubborn as your mother." Shinova said as he grabbed Vex with his mouth. "Oohhh Shhhhhheeeeeshhh Heeeeavvvy." Shinova mumbled as he struggled to carry her toward the Den. "Letttts goooo Meeeeeko." Shinova continued to mumble.[/indent]

He finally found the den with her in it. He signaled her to come to him.

"Come on Ace" Meeko said wearily, watching the other cub closely.

Vex struggling in Shinova's mouth, but she was also facinated by the world around them too.

"Er..... Sh-Shinova? W-Where is Jengo's body?" Meeko asked nervously.

The cub that Mio had found was not Rayn, but a single leopard cub who had been abandoned in the den by Kanti. He looked like the runt of the litter and was blind in both eyes. The cub, hearing the presence of a large cat began to wander over to Mio, stumbling every step he took with those tiny paws.

Nova was growing weary and what was worse, the rain had started to hammer down and the tracks were turning into a sloppy mess so she could no longer follow. Sighing sadly, Nova looked up at the sky and let a few tears fall before she pressed onwards. But before long she collapsed, face first in the mud. Her body was exhausted and her fur soaked through as darkness took over her.

(OOC: If anyone wants to add any characters/PP any leopards do let me know. I don't want Rayn being found for a little while though as I has plans )

Oh how dark. Mio looked at the cub realizing that it is not Rayn. It looks like this cub doesn't get much attention. He picked the cub up and started to walk home. He couldn't believe he didnt save her. He didn't go back to the den knowing Nova was so angry at him.

Ace saw her sister struggling and he tried to help free her. He had no idea that Shinova was trying to help. He lost one sister to a stranger and he did not know Shinova yet as he had seen him and Meeko once so he tried to help free her.

"No, bad cub!" Meeko said, tapping Ace on the nose as he tried to get Vex free of Shinova's grip.

Vex ceased her struggling and began to whine as she missed her parents.
