Agreed. When I was little, I liked it, but over time, I forgot how it went. A year or so ago, I was watching it again with my baby cousin, and I wondered how I had forgotten anything about it because it is such a great movie.

But I was just thinking something now after watching the movie:
Am I the only one who cried (at least a little) when Esmeralda almost died? And when the people threw fruits and vegetables at Quasimodo?

And Juliette: yeah, I know! I felt the same way when I watched it for the first time in about 14 years! I was so shocked at how dramatic it is. Shocked in a good way though lol.

Dayum I haven't watched it for a while... in fact, I've only watched it once! It's a reeeeeeally good fiiilm <3 I like how Disney made the storyline a tad darker than their other films, to me it just makes it stand out a lot more

I think the "fuss" is seeing a more pleasant version of a story that originally had quite a dark ending =P yet as I said before, it seems to stand out from other Disney films... call me over-protective, but if it were up to me I'd prolly rate this film a PG x)

Yeah, it definitely shouldn't have got a G rating, that's for sure. Even TLK shouldn't be rated G in my opinion! Although I saw both these films at a very young age and I was ok lol, but other children might find them frightening etc.
