Shinova ran as hard as he could. He could feel himself tiring, but he wanted to make sure Mio was alright. He felt Mio could take care of himself, but those cubs who would protect them if those Leopards attack again? Shinova could finally see the Den as Nova swept past him.

"MIO!" Nova yelled as she leapt past Shinova and into the den. She looked at him and caught her breath for a moment.

"What is it? What's wrong?" She asked, lying down next to her mate and placing a paw on his.

Meeko leapt off Nova's back and landed infront of Shinova and looked up at him.

"Eveerything, SEEMS ok" The meerkat told his friend.

Nova felt like she'd been shot as Mio explained what had happened. She began to tremble and tell herself Mio was confused. She's just playing... She hasn't gone anywhere. But as Nova looked around the cave, she only saw two of her young. The third, usually glued to her father was nowhere to be seen. Nova blinked back the tears. This was not a time to cry or show weakness. She hadn't fought, but she was damn sure she was going to tear apart the one who took her little Rayn. Nova's eyes narrowed and she bore her teeth.

"Who took her Mio?"

The leopardness did the one Shinova fought with the one we always encounter.

"It's was that b***ch wasn't it?!" Shinova yelled. "She came here and did took her didn't she? I have had enough of her and I'm sure so have you both. It's time for her to meet her fate." Shinova stalked over to the edge of the cave in anger. "It's time she paid. In her own blood."

Nova roared with anger, her fur was now standing on edge and she could feel herself shaking with rage. Meeko was actually scared by the anger coming off both Nova and Shinova, that he ran over to Mio and stood between his front legs. He wasn't game for another battle, nor did he want to hurt anyone else. Nova walked over to Mio and gently licked his cheek, her eyes still burning with anger.

"I'll get her back and i'll tear that b****s throat out and bring it back here" She said, very unlike herself.

Nova turned and left the cave, her eyes narrowed and her claws out and ready to tear.

Shinova opted to stay so that he may at least offer some protection to Mio. He wanted to bring that b****s throat alongside Nova, but he felt it better to stay with Mio. He stared at the waterfall in front of the Den. "May her blood fall like this water." Shinova said in anger. His mercy had ended for the Leopardess. She had committed against them over and over. There was no saving her. "May she die."

"Nova won't let that happen" Meeko said, nodding his head stubbornly. "I just hope she doesn't do anything stupid" Meeko added.

Nova prowled through the jungle, her eyes glowing. She had picked up the she leopards scent and was following it like a hound. She would get Rayn back no matter what. This was how it had to be. Nova heard a rustle in the bushes and lo and behold, Kanti stood out of the undergrowth. Nova leapt at her instantly and pinned her to the floor, her clawed paw digging into the she-leopards chest. Kanti just laughed and looked up at Nova.

"Come to get your little cub back? Heh, I thought you might"
"Where the hell is she? The more you co-operate the quicker and less painful the death" Nova growled, grabbing hold of the leopard in her jaws and tossing her into a nearby tree, nearly winding her.

Kanti laughed still and got to her feet.

"She's probably miles away from here by now" She taunted.
