Is there a light you do not see? Who spoke of this light? This light you speak of you must see or else you would not speak of a sightless light. If you cannot forgive than how can you ever expect forgiveness? For you are not perfect as neither am I. So we are bound to make mistakes in life, but how can we expect those we hurt, whether intentional or not, to forgive us if you can't forgive those who hurt us?

I don't. If I hurt someone bad enough to cause them to hate me, I do not expect their forgiveness, nor do I ask for it. I would not be deserving of it, and there would be no reason for them to give it even were I.

So you would rather sulk in their resentment and hatred along with your guilt than seek their forgiveness? What have you or them truly gained out of hate? Nothing but sorrow and grief. Forgiveness allows both of you to mend, to heal, and move past the past. For even Simba showed mercy and forgiveness, but Scar threw it away. No one is unworthy of forgiveness. One who is truly sorry does deserve forgiveness. Kiara forgave the outsiders, and so Simba realized the error of his ways. Living by what you said why should Simba forgive them, and why should they forgive him?
