MLK Election Campaign Ads

Postby TheRoguePrince » November 2nd, 2012, 8:02 am

In the spirit of the US election just around the corner, I thought it would be cool to make fake MLK campaign ads, like the ones on TV. These would be like if the staff had to be elected and re-elected. Here's some
examples of what I'm talking about:
KingKivuli promised change. But he won't even change his avatar after two years. MLK needs a leader who's not afraid to keep moving forward. I'm Moka and I approve this message.

Moka claims to like roleplaying, but he hasn't made a post in 3 years. Our forum needs someone who makes it a priority to post. Vote for Freedom. Vote for Respect. Vote for KK. "RPers for Kivuli" is responible for the content of this ad.

Arani claims to be one of us. But she was caught admitting in her own Q&A page that she hasn't even seen TLK. Tell the Staff that enough is enough. Contact your local moderator and tell them to vote "Yes" on Impeaching Arani. I'm an MLK Troll and I approve this message.
Submit your own :) Just be nice and know that this is all in good fun. :D

Can we do adds for other members who are not mods? It will have things more interesting if we won't limit the add group to just a few members. And also, I think that to promote this as a fun activity and to limit what can turn into a flame war, to restrict these 'ads' to someone who is not yourself.

For example:
There is a member here who is not afraid to voice his opinion, nor to challenge hi opposition head on. His sword is knowledge, and his shield is logic. Emotion lead decisions are a foreign concept to him. His name is Woeler.
Yes guys, please, this is all in good fun. Don't use this to insult other members, or attack other members. Just be silly with it. And yes, DGF, those sound perfectly fine. As long as no insulting goes on. ^^

(too tired to come up with one atm...)

Yes, like Arani said, anyone is fair game, for instance:
"DGFone said in an interview that he likes planes. Do you who else likes planes? Adolf Hitler, in fact, he had hundreds... This ad paid for by "No Fly Zone SUPERPac""

In an interview on Skype, Moka refused to turn over his 2011-2012 Private Message Logs. What is he hiding? We need an admin who makes everything public. I'm Kiki and I think this is a funny thread.

AdAstra has been hiding a deep dark secret from us all. Recently she has found herself having an affair with none other than Claude Frollo from the Hunchback of Notre Dame. She denies these accusations, but believe me ladies and gentlemen, I've seen it. Why is she a mod? When Frollo himself can have access to MLK through her? Who knows...
Mwahahahhaha ;) Lol, I'm joking really. Bet Frida has lots to say about me lmao.
