Shinova was trying his best mainly keeping Mio's head from hitting the ground. They slowly approached the Den. "Were almost there guys lets go." Shinova said. He felt for Mio; he wanted to see him in a lot better shape. Shinova in the back of his mind felt that something else was wrong. Something bad is happening somewhere. "Perhaps this war isn't quite over." Shinova thought.

Thanks guys for te help sorry that I ended up like this. I don't like to see people helping me and seeing me in pain normally I just work through it.

Once he was in the den, Nova caught her breath and thanked Shinova before looking down at Mio who had began to speak.

"Don't be stupid, you've been fighting all night and you need to rest. You told me long ago that showing your pain and weakness wasn't always a bad thing" She said, settling down next to him, starting to tend to his wounds.

Meeko leapt back onto Shinova's back and looked on, before whispering in his friends ear.

"Are you alright?"

Shinova picked up Meeko and walked outside the Den. Placing Meeko down he began to say what he thought was wrong. "Meeko I feel something is wrong. Something just doesn't feel right. I know the war was won, but I can't help feeling somehow it wasn't. I just wonder if we really did win. I mean we appeared to have won, but what if it we didn't? What if somehow that ignoramus Jengo is still alive?" Shinova found himself pacing in circles around Meeko as he said this.

Meeko watched Shinova carefully as he paced. He could sense the cubs unease, but how could Jengo be alive? Simba had killed him..

"I very much doubt Jengo is alive. Half the leopards turned on him so even if he were, he's just one leopard now" Meeko said confidently.

Mio gave Nova a nuzzle and said thank you before closing his eyes and he felt Rayn in his arms. He gave her a lick and smiled. He was happy, he was with everyone he cared about. Thanks Shinova for coming back he said smiling.

[Shadowfax]

"Shinova's outside dear" Nova said, not sure if Mio was hallucinating or having trouble judging distance right now.

She laughed as Rayn bounded over and settled herself inbetween Mio's front paws. Vex soon joined her and they mewed happily to see their father.

He gave them each a lick and nuzzled the both. He smiled and looked at his family and was so thankful. His family was the greatest thing ever and would die for them to live free. He then looked at Nova and smiled and started to daydream while looking at her. He just saw his family in the future happy and safe.

Nova was looking over at Simba and Nala. She wasn't happy about them being here and was giving them a wide birth so as they couldn't disturb the cubs. Slowly she turned back to Mio.

"Hopefully they'll be on their way soon.. I just want to start over"

He shook what he was thinking and said yeah me to. Time for our new peaceful lives to begin. He smile and look at their cubs.
