People here have been practically hysterical about "Frankenstorm". I work at a home improvement store... We're out of generators and gas tanks...

Oh wow! That's not good.
My main concerns about Frankenstorm are; Heat, Food and Electricity. Heat - Our house is freezing anyway, imagine how bad it would be if our heater broke. Food - I just love food and can't imagine a day without it xD. Electricity - TV, internet, light so I can read books. Yep! I need electricity xD

I can't say I'm freaking out about the storm, but if it ruins something for me I will be highly annoyed.

the problem is, it's going to merge with a cold front, and it's going north to places that don't get hurricanes at least once a year. There is potential for disaster. That doesn't mean there will be. It started raining this afternoon, and the hurricane is still hundreds of miles south of me, down in Florida. Chances are, it's going to be raining for the next few days, and it might flood in some places. The winds aren't the problem with hurricanes, the problem is the water when drainage systems are inadequate.

Oh joy... Hmm, yeah I heard someone say that it's going to clash with 2 other storms or something, I dunno. That's probably why people are freaking out about it.
