Well, I'm in the minority with a yes.

The danger in democracy is not in prisoners voting. I'd rather have a prisoner make an informed decision than a civilian make an ignorant, uninformed decision.

I must say that I believe strongly that while someone is in prison they do not have the right to vote. No matter the crime or the punishment. Although someone mentioned convicts. Now after one has served their time and have been released from prison I am all for them voting, because they have paid their debt to society and have had their punishment.

Exactly.

I completely agree on what everyone else has mentioned and I find it completely reasonable.

However, I voted "Yes" because I believe that everyone should be entitled to their own opinion, and beliefs, as this gets stated in te Bill of Rights. But since we're talking about a Europen Courthouse, I guess that doesn't matter because America's rights aren't in any countries or w/e. :P

But yes, I think they should have the right to vote, because I like what Flip said about them voting on what rights and conditions should be made for them.

Absolutely no. If you made such a bad thing that you end up in prison you don't deserve to vote. But I'm not against that you can able to vote when your out.
