Rose smiled and watched him leave. She too turned, with a big smile on her face. She ran up the stairs to the common room and made plans to speak with her parents tonight. She would tell James and the others before she told them, as that would cause complications later.

As Rose walked into the common room James saw the big smile on her face and said to her, "Hey why are you so happy Rose? Did you get perfect marks again?" he mocked at her.

"Not exactly" Rose said, putting her bag down and wandering over to the fire looking into the flames for a moment.

She turned back to James and tilted her head.

"Salazar and I are together"

James looked at her shocked for a few moments before trying to recover, "Oh uh that's...great. Are you sure you're thinking logically here Rose? Salazar is Voldemort's son and we don't know anything about him or why he chose to actually come to this school. He didn't come here to learn I can tell you that."

Rose, immediately jumped on the defensive.

"You know nothing about him! I've spent time with him and he is nothing like his parents, least of all his father!"

She folded her arms stubbornly.

"Your just jealous that your still single and i've got a boyfriend"

James was surprised that Rose became that defensive as his eyes became wide after she started yelling at him. He put his hand up to one of his ears and said, "Well I think I lost my hearing." After she said he was jealous he said in a dull tone, "Yes you can hear the jealousy right in the tone of my voice. Rose, listen you're family and all and I'm only trying to help you so that he doesn't hurt your feelings later on alright?"

"he won't... You'll see.. He's different from the other Slytherins and his parents! Just give him a chance, that's all I am asking and don't jump to conclusions" She said with a sigh.

James sighed and said, "Look Rose...what are your parents going to think? What are my parents going to think about this, considering that he even looks like Voldemort."

Rose shook her head and picked up her bag.

"It's all in the past James" She said, marching off down the portrait hole.

She was fuming and wanted to get away. She just hoped James wouldn't tell her parents before she did.

Salazar after a little while saw Mia return to the Slytherin common room and noticed the glare on her face. He said in a sarcastic tone, "Well what's the matter with you?" He then smiled and said, "You know everything's going according to plan. Rose has invited me to her filthy Mudblood mother and blood-traitor oaf father's place, with the Potters being there of course, and her father's blood traitor murderous grandmother. Now I just need to get them to call for the Malfoys to go there so I can kill all of them as well hahaha. I might add my drunkard parents to the list too."
