Kovu didnt like the tone in which Kivuli had spoken to him, he ran as fast as he could and headed straight for pride rock, he didnt care if Simba would kill him as long as he listened first to what he had to say, as he got deeper into the pridelands he noticed he was really close to pride rock, he sat for a while wondering what he should do, on one paw Zira was his mother and no matter how evil she was he still loved her, but on the other paw he didnt want to see Kiara getting hurt, he lay there for what seemed like hours and fell asleep

Nuka was surprised how his brother ran away from the Pridelands. he then thought Meh. He acts so brave, he's irritating me! He'll probably return tomorrow, or even better, he'll starve to death. He took the food and walked straight to his mother's den to tell her the news and give her some meat. He knew his mother would be really pleased after that and maybe make him the heir. He smiled.
