Most of the things suggested in this topic are highly irrelevant now, as we've decided to take it off the home page.

So what does this mean? Now that it has been taken it off the index page what is the next move?

There was an increase in trolling/spamming and most of it was due to the addition of the chat being part of the board index. Sorry if you feel it is an bother but the chat does still exist via a link at the bottom of every page

So back to MLK classic huh? Well, the chatbox was worth a try. Pity the members didn't know how to use it properly.

Ok that's fine, but is there an alternative plan now?

I see it as the Chat room goes dead and all the drama, trolling, and Spamming will end back up on the threads, and posts.

Or we could just not be drama llamas, trolls, or spammers.

I wish that could happen Moka... but sadly we're all human (I think) and trolling, Spamming, and especially Drama will be part of our day to day lives... I wish there was a way to get rid of it, but I have to say that the chat room is the best way to get it out, and get rid of it, instead of having it on random topics and posts.

That is a nice thought and I wish that was possible, but it just isn't. There needs to be something that can replace the chat box. I can honestly see the chatroom being dead, because of it being hidden. I understand what you guys have to go through. I wish to see a new solution come to light; though I know you guys may not have any ideas. I'm going to think a while on this and see if I can't come up with something to suggest. Though I feel there should have been an alternative plan before you guys removed it from the index page. I do thank you guys for the time and effort you do put into this site though.
